Contracted them to remove old traditional insulation from my attic and replace. The process from start to finish was great! The gentlemen that came out to do the work were amazing, very respectful and hard working! They cleaned up all their mess afterwards and you would not even know they had been there unless you looked in the attic. The quality of work and materials was excellent! They will be coming back in the future to do a crawl space encapsulation. Great job guys!

I had a superb experience with Stellrr. They helped me rip out the insulation from my 1962 house and spray foam two large attics. Shawn and his team were amazing in every way. They fitted me into their schedule at very short notice as my wife was having breathing problems due to our old, dirty insulation. Dennis and his crew worked incredibly hard to take out the insulation from an overheated narrow attic. If everyone did their job as members of Stellrr, the world would be a much better place. We hired Stellrr to encapsulate our crawl space and clean and install dehumidifiers to our attic. The job required many challenges. Wayne and Shawn were amazing about finding cutting edge solutions without increasing the cost. They were always on time and went above and beyond to finish the job. Serving as GC of my own home brought scheduling challenges...but Stellyrr was there every time I called them. Shelly, Violet, and even Wayne were always helpful, polite, all about customer service. Heck, I even spoke with Cameron! Jorge and Brian came by and sprayed my tight attic space in 120 degree plus heat in the attic and never complained. Did I mention they bring their own Dumpasaurus dumpster How did I remember all of these names? Customer service! I was important to them so they became important enough for me to remember them!!

The Stellrr team did a stellar job installing spray foam in our attic. Our home is a single story 3000sf ranch style home and the job took about 3 days to complete. We have a metal roof and it must have been a significant challenge for the installers to navigate around in the close confines, stepping over and under the duct work while stepping though the deep blown-in insulation to stand on the ceiling joists. Not to mention, I had measured temperatures on the attic side of the metal roof to be over 130 degrees! I just checked again, and now it's 75 degrees! All of my questions were answered

Solid quality work insulating the attics of both our house and garage--feel like we've got a Yeti Cooler for a roof instead of a leaky sieve. Energy bills are down and attic never gets more than 10 degrees above outside temps. Plus, the owner took his own time to quote us and make sure we were happy. (now just need to talk them into spray foaming our stock tank hot tub!)

The team showed up on-time and were professional yet friendly. The operation is very team- and family-oriented which is awesome, the team seemed super cohesive which led to efficiency in the job. Anything but Stellrr customer service. I setup an appointment and the estimator never showed up. I called back a few days later to setup another appointments and the estimator didn't even remember no-showing me. I went a ahead and setup another appointment and he no-showed again. I called him and he had completely forgotten the appointment but rush right over. He seemed very nice and had some good ideas about the job but... he never sent me an estimate. I called twice but never got a return call. I went with Payless Insulation instead and was happy

Wayne did an amazing job!! Not only being extremely knowledgeable about insulation ,but always was available to answer my calls if I had any questions. They also did a great job working with my schedule.Wayne was nice enough to weather strip my front door when I needed his help. This company went above and beyond the call of duty. They arrived on time this morning with all the supplies and needed items. Two employees arrived and I let them get to work. We had some attic exhaust fan ventilation concerns that they were able to address as well as some additional insulation that needed to be done in areas that were not adequately addressed by the home builder. They insulated everything and brought everything up to the levels I was quoted. They cleaned up everything / vacuummed the excess debris away. Everything looks great!

Stellrr Insulation did a great job, and was flexible to work around my schedule and issues that were coming up, having to re-schedule. Once they came out they sprayed the 2400 sqft crawlspace and covered up all the AC ducts and shelves and desks from getting foam on them. They did fall a bit short on some of the areas where they did spray, so Wayne had them come out again and do the areas which needed better coverage. Wayne was very professional and friendly, they showed up on time and finished the job, they were a little more than some of the other bids we received, but I think I prefer to

Being an Energy Auditor in Austin, its not often I get to talk with someone who has the knowledge and understanding of building science to insure the insulation they install is done correctly. Shawn and the rest of the team at Stellr Insulation are one of the few installers I have met who know what they are doing. Spray foam insulation is the best you can get but only when done by someone that knows what they are doing. I trust these guys to recommend them to my clients and that's not something I take lightly.
