We are the Morrison's, we pride ourselves on being a small family business located in the heart of Idaho. My father, Alfred Lynch, started a roofing company in 1970. In 1994, my father's expertise was passed on to my husband, who has been flourishing in the business ever since. My dad recently retired; however, we have made it our mission to continue our family business and serve our customers with the same great care they have known and loved.

We couldn't be happier with M3 Roofing. Lance immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. It was a problem specific to our type of roof. Upon his inspection, he verified his suspicions. He was correct. His estimate was very reasonable. Lance and his assistant worked hard and thoroughly. He communicated with us so we knew what was going on. My husband and I are so impressed by Lance's knowledge and integrity. Would hire again in a heartbeat and will happily refer him.

Lance and team the M3 team get the job done! From start to finish, they communicated via text and calls to notify us of the process. The entire experience was professional and very much appreciated. This is the second time we've hired M3 and we'll do it again, if we need more roofing repair or even a new roof! Thanks again for the great work!

Kelli and Lance were wonderful to work with in completing a full roof replacement on a property I had listed for sale. They were able to complete the project prior to closing of escrow. Kelli was particularly helpful and caring in working with the 98 year old seller and her insurance company. I highly recommend M3 Roofing and Exteriors.

My wife and I are both very thorough and detail oriented people. After receiving wind damage on our roof earlier this year (2021) we reached out to over 10 different roofing companies, all with great reviews. Yet, for the price and exceptional quality of work, none of the others even came close to M3. We have an older home, that has it's fair share of challenges, including mismatched boards, odd crevices, and a steep slope; you would have never known any of these challenges existed with the new roof M3 installed--it looks phenomenal and well beyond what we thought was possible with our home. Absolutely LOVE Kelli and Lance! When I called for the quote, they came the same day! After M3 saw how badly my roof was in need of replacement they acted fast! They got me a quote quickly and it was a reasonable price for the amount of work that was needed.
Kelli, moved their whole schedule around to get my job done a lot sooner. Lance and his crew found a lot of surprises while tearing off the old roof and they didn't quit until they solved all my issues. I even got a custom chimney cap and a gutter I had been needing for years!

We were very happy with our experience working with M3 Roofing and Exteriors. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure our roof was done in a timely manner. They got our old roof removed and new roof installed SO quickly and it looks absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have their roof replaced!
