I rarely write reviews, but this is an experience I'm compelled to share because it might help others facing the same challenge, and because I'm so satisfied with this company's work.
Proprietor Beth Ann Glassford Haydon and her team did an outstanding job helping my elderly parents move out of their Lexington home of forty years. This was no simple move -- my parents were moving abroad, my siblings and I all live out-of-state so we couldn't be there in person to manage the move, and my father was extremely resistant to letting go of any of his possessions. Beth Ann and her team helped my mother move from her condo into assisted living. She then managed packing and cleaning the condo with items for a move to Atlanta, items to sell, items to donate, and items to be shredded. I would recommend Beth Ann and her team to anyone in Lexington. I could not have done this without her. She's amazing!

Beth Ann and her team have worked with our facility since we have opened. She has moved in over 40 residents of ours and she is SO great to work with. She is very professional and will completely take the stress of moving off your shoulders. She has a great design team as well! I highly recommend using her services :)

Beth Ann and her team have moved my Mom (twice) and my uncle in Nashville into different Independent and Assisted Living Facilities. They are fantastic folks and we couldn't have done the move without them. They took care of all the little details that I wouldn't have thought of like reserving the elevator at the facility and finding the movers and getting the boxes. They helped my Mom sort through her stuff and had endless patience hanging pictures in the right place and unpacking boxes. I work for a local moving company and Beth Ann and her teams are always great to work with. They are sensitive to their customers needs, always on time and ready to go, hard workers, they have an eye for how to set up a room and the list goes on an on. They are great at solving their customers problems and making difficult transitions go smoothly. I cant imagine there are other companies out there that do it better than Bluegrass Moving Concierge!
