The worst! They are a few doors down the street and I was happy to support a local business. I called several times and talked to an employee twice who assured me that they would be in touch to set up an appointment. I waited TWO WEEKS before calling back to express my disappointment with their customer service. The employee responded by enthusiastically saying ‘OK!’ and hung up.
