After being referred by a mutual friend, as soon as we met Tracy we knew we’d be in great hands. As first time carpet buyers he walked us through all the details so we could make an informed decision and only sold us what we needed and was super on top of it from the first call. Tracy at Dalton Discount Floors and More is amazing! I needed carpet installed in my new home prior to moving in. We only had a small window of time to do it in. Some how, some way, Tracy was able to make this happen. The day we spoke he went over and measured the floors. He brought samples of carpet and made a recommendation based on what I said that I wanted over the phone. Tracy's recommendation was spot on. We are Super happy with the quality product and professional installation Dalton Flooring did for us in our newly remodeled kitchen, dining and foyer area.
My husband and I visited home improvement stores looking for LVP that would be able to withstand our dogs tough nails, our color preference and timely installation. Nothing met our needs.
Dalton was able to provide us with knowledge of a suitable product, many color and styles to choose from and a good price!!

We hired Dalton Floors (Tracey Smith) to install wood floors in our Formal living room. Not only did we get a great price. Tracey was very helpful matching up the wood flooring with our existing wood floors. Tracey arrived with his team on time, efficient and professional they pulled up the carpet installed the floors cleaned up put our furniture back and the job was finished in 2 1/2 hours. Not only do they have variety to pick from they were friendly, nice, helpful and informative!! I reached out to Them on several occasions asking different questions and they were always prompted to return my phone call or text!!
