I called Classic Floors after a fridge leak caused some damage to my floors and I am very impressed they took the time to talk to me over the phone on what I can do to resolve the issue prior to them coming out and looking at it or replacing it. Other businesses would jump on a service call to say, just give it time, but I got an honest, over the phone helpful call. If time doesn't fix my problem, I will absolutely give them a call for repair because they just seem genuinely interested in helping.

Florin came by to talk about the potential of refinishing our floors from black to something much lighter - he was very honest about how they would turn out which we really appreciated. We ended up choosing to stick with the black floors for now but when we (and the floors) are ready to make a change we are definitely reaching back out to Classic Floors Chicago.

Florin and his team were referred to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. Florin walked through the process with us beforehand and his team showed up very professional and on time each day. Florin and his team were so great to work with! As first time homeowners, we weren't sure what to expect with the process and Florin took time to explain everything in detail. We just an old home and needed our floors restained. I called Classic Floors and Florin came out that same day and gave us a quote. I had a few more quotes but chose Classic. We are extremely pleased with our new floors. The previous owner of our condo worked with Florin and his team a year ago to put in new floors in all but two bedrooms. We decided to use him again to finish off the last two rooms and couldn't be happier. The new and old floors blend together seamlessly.
