We use mainly water-based, non-toxic, eco-friendly varnishes imported from Germany. LOBA plays a leading role in the research and development of new technologies for parquet finishes. More than 25 experts work in the development of varnishes, oils and floor-care products, in the testing laboratory and in applications technology.

I bought a house with a high quality wood floor made more than 10 years ago but the bedroom floor was carpet. I looked for similar product. Fortunately, I found the same brand and same color made in Sweden. To make the old floor and new bedroom floor look very similar and also to complete the work with one week before my moving day, high quality work is required, as we can all imagine. the store highly recommended Eco Value flooring. Bobby is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave me several options for stain color and finish type, which allowed me to decide what was best. Many contractors will just chose the cheapest option for you. He was also willing to sample stain options on the floors, so I could chose what color looked best on my floors.
The best thing about working with Bobby was the communication. If I sent him a text message, he would call me back right away with the answer. Good communication goes a long way.

I closed on a new condo but had to have the cherrywood floors redone before moving in. The floors were heavily scratched in a few places, and the color was overly saturated. I called Eco Value Flooring because I read good reviews and I was interested in a finish and process that would be less toxic than a typical refinishing. Bobby was quick to respond and to meet me for an evaluation. Bobby gave me options -- a conventional oil-based or a lower-VOC water-based finish -- and I weighed the pros and cons of each. I asked if he and his crew could start in a few days so I could move in as soon as possible

Highly recommend ECO VALUE FLOORING. I talked with several Flooring's Contractors Eco Value was the only one who could meet my time line.
