Do not use this company for warranty services. Technician came to my house to fix garbage disposal. He barely attempted to fix it and concluded that it couldn't be repaired. He also surmised that the warranty company wouldn't cover it. He didn't know what caused the clog and said he would state that on his work order. He didn't leave me with any paperwork but he did take the service fee. When the warranty company called me they said it because of misuse and abuse. Now he won't answer my calls

Chris came out to snake my toilet and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He double checked his work and made sure everything was working before he left. I was referred to KBR from 210 warranty and I was nervous because I’m always worried I’ll get ripped off. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely be calling him back to help out with any future problems! Thanks again for being so awesome!

Had a terrible experience with KBR Plumbing. Do not use this company. They do not answer the phone when you call their office and do not return voicemails. We went over 2 weeks without hot water because of their incompetence.
This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company after our hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. After the claim was filed with warranty, KBR was quick to come to my home and diagnose the issue but said I would need to pay extra charges of $399 for pipe modification that would not be covered by home warranty.
