I had one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with this company. I won’t go into to much detail, but let’s just say that there was a small hiccup in installing a new kitchen faucet. I expressed my concerns and without hesitation a new service time was given to me to rectify the situation. Cindi came out the next day and made everything right!! Exceptional Service, Master Plumber Cindi installed Hot water tank, undercounter water filter, and new faucet my first experience. When I decided to install a Water Softner and a whole house filtration system I decided to go with A1 Southern Plumbing and requested Cindi. We had an awesome experience with Cindy tonight. She was very friendly, professional and worked hard. It was late and been a long day for her. My husband and I knew she was very tired. However, she did not show… it at all. She was so helpful and took the time to explain things. We will request Cindy back out if we need more plumbing services. 😃

I am the owner of Fat Cat Tavern in Largo. We used A1 Plumbing during the original remodel when we moved. We also use them for service work for the last 6 years. I highly recommend their services. They are prompt. Their prices are very reasonable. They fix leaks, replace fixtures and resolve clogs. I have also had them do work at my house and it was the same high quality work at a reasonable price. They are the only plumber I will use.

We used A-1 Southern Plumbing multiple times over the years of owning our home. The big job that I am reviewing was the replacement of our sewer main and the install of a clean-out. They did this job about 5 years ago (2015).
Fast Forward to 2020, My back neighbor is having sewer issues and they call out the county due to it looking as though the… county's pipe may have been the cause. Due to the neighbor's house not having a clean-out for the camera to scope through, we were contacted by our neighbor for access. We happily contacted Pasco County Utilities and had them out. What a joke. I have used them before. About 1.5 ago years and they were a good company. I even referred them to others. But now I call them about a week ago. They came out and over charged me from the original quote. I was not home but my wife was and the plumber took advantage of her. He over charged and when we told him the problem was in 2… spots he only cleaned the main. she was home and I was at work so he He said if there was still a problem he would come back and didn’t do the kitchen. So of course there was 2 problems and he only fixed one. So I called 2 times and was given
