CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ken from Amy's Plumbing was dispatched to my home was of my hot water heater not producing hot water. When Ken arrived, he told me that the heading coil might have went. Myself and my neighbor witnessed Ken take out the heating coil and put the same one back in. When I asked Ken why he did that, his response was sometimes that works. Ken also wanted to charge me additional labor than what was quoted. Ken took his service fee and left. Later that afternoon, I went to use my kitchen faucet and there was no water and after a few minutes, the water shut off

This may have been a misunderstanding, but I needed help because both my faucet and my garbage disposal was leaking. They did come as promised. They did fix what needed to be fixed with garbage disposal below. They then said there was an additional line that was needing replacing so they charged an additional 125.00 above quote. I assumed for this extra money they were going to fix the drip from faucet. They said it was a miscommunication. Unfortunately, were not willing to do right by me either fix that. Ken and his co- worker are outstanding. I called Ken with an issue and I live pretty far from where they are located. He wasn’t sure when he could make it out to my house but showed up the next morning! He doesn’t just come in and fix your issue, he shows you what’s wrong and how you can prevent it from happening in the future. He’s so honest and helpful and even though I have a home warranty, I would pay out of pocket to use them, they are that good! Thank you Ken and team!

So far so good. The lady who answers the phone is very friendly, nice and knowledgeable.
The only thing we had miscommunication with is the time when the techs will come. At the time I requested the service it was a rainy day and the lady said they will come after 12pm for sure (I made a call at around 9am). After I hang out the phone the rain got cleared but I had to wait 3 hours for the techs to come. Then I checked the weather and it was saying that the chances rain will come again are higher again after 12pm. I called and explained it to them, they said the techs will come in 30 mins. They

It is so hard to find a plumber you'd call a second time. I found family-operated Amy's Plumbing through Yelp two years ago and I haven't looked back since. When you call, Brianna or Amy greet you, listen to your concerns, and make sure to get someone on the job quickly. Every plumber who has come by is friendly and talented and makes challenging jobs look easy. Derrick took a bathroom sink with drippy faucet and cramped workspace and fixed it by literally turning the vanity top upside down to do the work right. I called Amy's plumbing for annual backflow test. During test, the plumbers broke the backflow lever. To cover the mistake, they turned the whole water system off, and did not mention the accident. Amy instead complains that I called the very number left on the invoice and report left with us.
I will upload the images of the broken turned off valves and report given by Amy's plumbing which states Xavier manipulates valves during test. Instead of offering to send tech, she denies it ever happened complains about calling number left on report for us to call. Mistakes happen, a good company

They showed up late. I never knew morning was at 2pm. They took about five minutes or less from walking in to the bathtub and say they need to do a smoke test. Why smoke test when it is clearly isolated to this location. Call a different plumber and smoke test in a condo not a good idea.
Update: I have a message that clearly says morning not afternoon. In addition smoke test is for not knowing the location. Clearly it is isolated to underneath the bathroom.
