Mr Pavers

My new pathway/front porch is gorgeous. Mr. Pavers team was professional, easy to work with, and even very welcoming to me when I asked them to tweak the design a bit as they were in the process of laying it out. No eye rolling or making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I wish I could give Mr Pavers a good review. Everything started out good. Price was good, the sales person John was a great guy and they were able to start the job early. And even though they had to come back out to redo the stairs, they actually did a good and professional job. Where the problems came in was after the job was done.

The porta potty sat out in front of hour house for days after the job was done and they left a mess on the street in front of our house. Then after 2 weeks leaves started falling onto our brand new pavers and stained them (see photos). After I did research, come to

Horrible salesperson. No follow-through, bad attitude. Called main office to complain. Nothing. No return call. Glad I found out about them prior to signing their proposal. Went with another company. Mr. Pavers lost about a $60,000.00 deal. Unprofessional and would never ever recommend them.

Mr Pavers has completed the work on our driveway. The work is excellent and was done in 2 1/2 days. Amazing. I told them that they had to be finished by Friday because our neighbors were having an outdoor party on Saturday. They finished around 3pm on Thursday and cleaned up after themselves and also power washed the street. The owner came out before the job started and made sure I was happy and marked off the area himself. Could not recommend them more highly. If you are interested in pavers- do yourself a favor and get a quote from Mr. Pavers.

The decision to hire Mr. Pavers was a great choice! I am so happy with the replacement of my driveway and walkways around my house. Pavers are so clean and nice looking compared to cement.

Meeting with Michael to start the project was so easy and I enjoyed working with Michael throughout the entire process. He always kept in contact with me and promptly got back to me if I had any questions. I appreciated Glayson (owner) coming out to review the plans prior to starting the work. He also came back to see the final job and to make sure I was satisfied with the project.

Inconsiderate, extremely loud and sloppy. If you have a bone to pick with your neighbors, hire these guys to really annoy them. Their trucks were constantly blocking my driveway, but most inconsiderate was that they left my (adjacent) property a complete mess. The whole area was covered in white soot and they just shook their heads and walked away. Everything needed to be scrubbed down and cleaned. Unconscionable.

This is my second time using Mr. Pavers. They never disappoint. The workmanship and attention to detail will leave you speechless. The crew is always prompt, on time, very professional, and completely cleans up once the job is done. On both occasions, designer Michael Barrette came to my house for the initial consultation and to provide me with a proposal. They did amazing job! My wife and I love our backyard now. They removed concrete, installed pavers and artificial grass. Team is professional, on time and clean. We worked with Michael on quote and timings. We were in a rush, but Michael just did a phenomenal job in adjusting to work with schedules.

I worked with Mr Pavers for our frontyard and backyard project. We had to remove the concrete and level the floors before stones were paved. Mr John Cordova was professional and he was available when we had any queries.

The removal of concrete and leveling of the floors were done very fast. The team was very efficient in completing this in just two days. I had a concern when it came to removal of tree stumps. When the project was in planning phase, I was told and I had the impression that the tree stumps would be removed by calling a tree service. I was of the impression that Mr Pavers would call

The good
The price was very good and the quality of work was mostly good.

The bad
Their communication was bad. Text messages and phone calls would sometimes be ignored.
Specific requests will be promised but not communicated to the workers. I had to tell a different person every day and they were not aware of my special requests
Porta potty was not removed from our driveway for a month despite multiple requests every week for them to remove it
Color of grout was not matched at all

We just finished having our driveway/walkway done by Mr.Pavers- San Ramon. Sandy, our rep., guided us through the process and patiently addressed our all concerns. Glayston, the owner, was extremely easy to work with from start to finish. For us, communication is the key. Glayston was always available for questions/advice. The crew is a well- oiled machine. I hired Mr. Pavers to install pavers for both my driveway and backyard. Work started in August 2020. Communication was good during the presale. I have a large gazebo in the backyard that is tricky to move since it is placed slightly under the overhang of my house. The salesman mentioned the pavers could be built around the gazebo temporarily, then moved on to the new pavers after the install. I also have 2 Rubbermaid sheds in the backyard that I was assured could just be moved to the side, while another side was worked on. I evaluated 3 diamond certified paver companies and Mr. Paver was best value overall. They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. They were flexible to make some changes during the installation of the pavers without additional cost. Worksite was left clean every day and the crew worked hard and were very polite. My neighbor's even noted that they were quiet while they worked and that they worked very hard.

Owner Glayston Soares was a pleasure to work with as was Kevin Reese. I highly recommend this company.

We are beyond happy with how our patio turned out after working with Mr. Pavers. We worked with Sandy to help us design our space and select the perfect pavers for our patio remodel. The crews showed up on time, worked fast, and kept the job site clean. If you're looking for beautiful pavers to transform a space, I highly recommend Mr Pavers. We are so happy with our new front yard/driveway paver project! The project took 3 days, start to finish. They sent a very professional hardworking crew who left the site nice and clean at the end of each day.

Sandy T. was great and set expectations from the get-go. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to others that I spoke to. The work was originally scheduled for the end of January but because of the on-coming inclimate weather, they moved our job a week. They got the job done in 3 working days. The exceeded my expectations with getting the job done and how well it turned out.

I will also note that I threw in a couple of change-orders once construction started and they were able to meet those needs and were still competitive in pricing to the others I spoke with.

The job that was done recently at my mother's home was amazing and so beautiful. It was done with ease, no problems and the crew was very efficient, knowledgeable and very kind to my family. Roger and Leo were on top of it and my hat (if I had one) goes off to Cal, who estimated the job and was so thoughtful and honest about the work that was ahead. The work was done in no time, we had pavers laid down and a retaining wall put up. I don't want to forget the demolition crew which were very clean and professional. I can't say enough about this company and after a few estimates, they were very reasonable

Mr. Pavers is a professional company that uses quality materials and is attentive details. The job was completed neatly and in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Awesome crew! Always on time, cleaned up after the end of the day and will fix anything to your liking and always with smiles. I ended up with an even better design thanks to the lead paver specialist’s suggestions. They show they care very much. Kevin was great to work with and made my vision come to life!
