I rarely write reviews, except for when they stand out in either direction. Furniture Remedy really impressed me with their customer service, reliability, and outstanding craftmanship. Qualities like these are becoming extinct, unfortunately. It was not the easiest of jobs we had for them, but not only did they repair, they made the piece in question better, in fact. If I need their services again, I will not hesitate to contact them for help. Thank you for a job well done!

I cannot say enough of the quality of the work by Furniture Remedy. I bought a new couch from Hayneedle and it was missing a button. Furniture Remedy came out to my house very quickly and fixed it fir a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them! Very professional and communicative- even came out in the ice storm!

So we live in a time where it's a rare and wonderful experience to work with a true Craftsman. It goes beyond professional and competence, this is that combination of years of experience, dedication to excellence and perseverence that yields customer satisfaction. The customer service provided was also top notch . . . quick response to questions as well as always knowing when Bob would be able to see us. I'm really grateful to have found Bob. He's someone we would wholeheartedly recomend and look forward to using for more projects.

5 stars does not do Furniture Remedy justice; easily 10 out of 5 stars! Maggie's outstanding customer service paired with Bob's extensive skill and expertise lead to a pleasant repair each and every time I have an issue with a piece of furniture. No need to look any further - Furniture Remedy is extremely responsive and helpful starting with the first call all the way through until the repair is completed! I recommend this company without hesitation for any of your furniture repair needs!

Bob did an excellent job in repairing an old table and antique china cabinet for us. However, he was great in helping us with a broken mirror inside of another china cabinet (movers error). I told him that because of some problems from the move, I was afraid to replace the mirror. He agreed and took out the broken mirror. Then he removed the back and stained it to match the cabinet. The end result is that it looks great, and I won't have to worry about another mirror breaking. Thanks, Bob!

I have used Furniture Remedy's services on many different small and large projects, the craftsmanship and creativeness to their approach is top notch. Bob is a true wizard, turning damaged and blemished items back to as good as new! They'll make sure the project is done and done right. Can't say enough good things about this company, but I will try. Their pricing is as reasonable as it comes in the Piedmont Triad, you'll get what you pay for and you will not be disappointed on either end.

Bob from Furniture Remedy is super-reliable, and really, what more could you want from a furniture assembly service? I have a bad back and can't do the laying, bending, reaching and twisting that furniture requires. So, we took a chance and asked Bob to come over to handle a large desk. We've been so happy with Bob's speedy work that we've engaged him to put together my whole home office as well as the living room. Stay tuned for the den and another bedroom, Bob! He's on time, reliable and thorough...and everything looked fantastic when he was done. Highly recommended!
