General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB) Maintenance Hangar- Located at Fort Carson, Colorado, home of the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB.) 13th CAB Barracks- New barracks for the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Carson.
Denver Health Hospital Authority-Lowry Clinic- Full-service health center located in the old Lowry Air Force Base neighborhood, also serving the adjacent Denver neighborhoods of Montclair and East Colfax. Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy- A 60,000 square foot Charter School extension within Falcon School District 49 serving students from K-12.
