Insulating my attic was a job I considering doing myself. After working with Frank, and I am so grateful I didn’t. Frank was responsive, honest, reasonably priced and professional. His knowledge and experience made it obvious I would not have been able to do this job correctly. I regret that we didn’t hire him earlier, I believe the money we will save from our home being insulated properly will cover the cost of hiring him in no time. If your losing heat or cool air through your home absolutely hire this man!

Initial estimate was $8,800 for attic spray insulation and old insulation removal. After partial spray was installed I was charged $9700 despite no insulation removed. Not my beef. I scheduled appointment for insulation removal agreeing to pay additional monies which was cancelled due to Frank indicating he was waiting for parts for his recently broken vacuum. After not hearing back from Frank for a number of weeks, despite my leaving voicemails requesting a status update I contacted competitors to pick up were Frank left off simply to be told by them that Frank is providing competing bids for

Our attic had not been insulated since the 60s or 70s since it was built. This created quite the uncomfortable winter and summer for us. After calling up W.F. Gray Insulation we have now been able to keep our house at comfortable temperatures and we are now up to code. We also were informed of the qualifying rebate option (not everyone qualifies mind you and its beyond this companies control) but it was awesome to be told about the rebate and guided on how to apply for it. Frank, the owner and operator did the work himself in our attic. I appreciated that he did this himself to ensure the job was

Update: Changed from 1 star to 3 star. Shortly after placing this review, Frank reached out to me and my job was completed before my house showing. Still a lot of hoops to jump through to get a 45 minute job complete.
TL;DR: Didn't show up to our scheduled appointment time, promised to call back to reschedule and didn't. Not returning my phone calls, even to just say he can't do the job.

He first came out to give us an estimate and we asked a million questions which he answered every one of. He also was knowledgeable about, and helped us through the process of filing for, the utilities company rebate.
The day he came to do the job, he and his son worked very well together and completed the job and cleanup on time.
We have noticed quite a difference in our home since he was here and especially now that it is winter and we no longer have cold spots.
