Services
A new Modern Standing Seam Metal Roof in "Charcoal Grey" finishes off this beautiful home in Palmer, MA. This 100 year old copper roof had to be completely removed, new decking installed and a new solar skylight and chimney were installed simultaneously with our roof install. This home had 11 skylights, and we installed 2 additional ones for them to open up their loft.

As a direct concealed-fastened option standing seam provides the benefit of the same great look at a more economical price. Wakefield Bridge Steel Shingles are designed as an alternative to common ashphalt shingles but with the toughness and long-lasting qualities of high-strength steel roofing panels.

Adam Rosario and his crew did a great job removing our 26 year old shingle roof and installing his standing seam metal roof system. Our house has multiple peaks and valleys and is not a simple roof. The custom bent work such as the ridge caps, edge pieces, and flashing around the chimney are all precisely fit and look professional. They started on the day they committed to and worked diligently to complete it in a reasonable time. I contacted Modern Standing Seam and Adam, the owner, replied within 24 hours and came out for a free estimate a couple days later accommodating my schedule. Adam brought samples with him and was very detail oriented explaining the whole roof system and process.
