I recently had an issue with my pool heater, which was not quite 3 years old. I had a problem with the heater before and contacted Flamingo Pool Service for the repairs. They did an excellent job the first time, so I called them again. I made our appointment, and Billy, with his helper, showed up on time. Billy took the time to troubleshoot every part of the pool heater and finally pin pointed the issue was the gas valve. He had the valve apart and replacement installed in a short time. My heater is now up and running. Great customer service and a company I trust for future issues on my pool. Thank

These guys are awesome! We've been having some problems with our equipment and they came out quickly, accurately diagnosed it and fixed it right away. No waiting for parts, they have well stocked vans with everything they could possibly need. We've had other local companies come out before meeting Tom and Billy. I will only call Flamingo Pool Repair in the future! ...They even helped me with some chemistry issues for free!

I love these guys!!! Every Wednesday, I look forward to receiving an email stating "Your Pool Is Now Sparkling Clean". They send a picture and summary of services every week. After meeting Billy and having him come out to inspect my old Pentair MiniMax NT pool/spa heater, I was disappointed to learn that it was officially kaput. Billy quoted me a very reasonable price to replumb and install a new Pentair Mastertemp 400 heater. He was no pressure, gave me a Pentair brochure, and educated me on the $400 gas rebate I would get for installing the new heater. Billy is a certified Pentair technician. They didn't show up as promised. They didn't even call me to reschedule. I had to call and ask if they were going to show up. They didn't even tell me before coming how much was there service call charge. They are very expensive and not very helpful in encouraging me to repair my old heater system, they were more interested in selling me a new unit.

Needed an assessment of my old pool heater that was not working. I had called 6 other pool service company's and never got a call back within a week. I know it's a busy time for this industry, but c'mon people, not ONE call back! Frustrated, I called Flamingo on a Thursday expecting to leave a message, but Tom actually answered the call....whewwwwwww! Tom and Billy were at my house within 30 minutes. I almost fainted! Talked to Lesley's Pool about getting a new pump, heater, and filter, estimate in store was $6000, installer came by for a site visit ($87 out of pocket). By the time he was done the bill had gone up to $7000 +. As soon as he left I started looking for another quote. Tried Flamingo pool and was immediately impressed with their expertise and there was no bait and switch or site visit fee. 3 working days later I had my new equipment for 2 grand less than Lesley's.

I had 2 previous companies quote me to repair my heater. Both companies seemed unsure and said they could try to replace the main board to see if that was the problem but they couldn't guarantee me it would work if I replaced it-they said it could be something else. These guys know their equipment! Billy set up my entire system and reprogrammed my lights, after having multiple issues since building our pool. He showed me how to set the schedule from the main control panel. They also replaced a salt cell that malfunctioned. We will use them whenever we need help with our equipment.

Had another local Temecula pool repair / local pool supply store come out and they wanted to replace my whole heater $2500. Stated it was totally worn out. It didn't look that bad to me on the inside. I called Flamingo and explained the heater was popping and banging he suggested it was a manifold / diverted valve. Tom and his helper came out with the new part in the box and had it fixed in less than an hour. Also checked out the whole heater unit and stated it looked just fine. After finding Flamingo Pool Repair online and checking out their Yelp reviews, we contacted Tom about repairing or replacing our 11-year-old Pentair filter. He discussed options with my husband and we scheduled repairs for the next day. Tom texted us the next morning to let us know his approximate arrival time.
