We have utilized Temecula Pool & Spa Supply for many years. On big purchases though I always get three estimates. Not only did Mike's estimate provide the best price, he was able to install our new pool heater the very next day. The two other estimates were more expensive, and the each mentioned potential add-ons once they started the project.
I asked Mike about potential add-ons. He said that if there was a significant issue he would identify before he started and we could discuss. He switched out the gas line ($100 to $400 from the other two bids for no added charge). He spent a good 3.5 hours

Call the owner Dave Thompson too add a unground spa and replaster exiting pool. As a potential customer the guy states it starts out at 30k No sounds good let’s see what we can do for you. Nothing. Owners who like to throw out numbers basically states 2 things 2 busy or they don’t want to do smaller projects. RUDE. Hopefully Dave keeps busy bc I will never recommend his company

Well, Mike is the nicest guy ever! I went in, he old me all I needed to do to get my pool back in shape and even explained the chemistry to me. It was a very low total for a bunch of stuff and he fixed my pool vac for next to nothing! I called him a few minutes ago to make sure I was doing everything correctly and he took the time to make sure that all was in order. I will be back and I just can't say enough nice things. (Local business also.) Thanks, Mike!

I guess when these guys are out driving they think they can cut people off. Twice. These guys are unprofessional and drive with road rage. I'll make sure to inform my contractor friends of the lack of respect this company displays to the public and that they're a danger to other drivers. Just because they were in a hurry does not give them a right to drive illegally. Especially in this day and age when I can take a pic of their tailgate and wrote reviews. This will be going everywhere. Good job guys.

They left the job half finished and never came back. Although the technician did a good job of installing my pool heater, he never returned to repair my jacuzzi jets...never even called. When I called the office (multiple times) to find out why, I got the standard "I'm sorry, I don't know why, let me try to page the technician." Really? Hey Temecula Pool & Spa, get a clue. You're running a BUSINESS, not a roadside stand. Reputation is everything, and when you jilt customers like this, rest assured that word will get around.
