New Image was fantastic at making our backyard Oasis come true. From start to finish, we got exactly what we wanted. We used this company for our backyard remodel. We specifically worked with Jared during the process of measure, design, and execution. He listened to all of our requests and added details to our backyard that we didn’t think of,
but definitely needed! He was able to transform our bland backyard into a stunning place for my kids to play and us to relax. Highly recommend them to family and friends!

We built a new house in Las Sendas and looked at a number of landscaping businesses to finish our backyard and patio area. We chose New Image and one of the companies. We selected New Image based on a number of references and our interview of the staff. All members of the company were very professional and provided many suggestions. The work crew was excellent and the work was done as scheduled. The materials suggested were of top quality and fit. As with any project, there are changes along the way. Worst decision to go with this company. Complete lack of communication on their part and they subbed all of the work out anyhow. Owner Stacey told us to deal with the Sub contractor regarding scheduling bc in her words "I don't make their schedule". They were in a huge hurry to demo out pool then left it exposed for weeks when initially we were told it would take 3-5 days. Could not get a return phone call from them so communicated with subcontractors. They messed up refilling the pool so it left cracks in the pool and the color is not what we selected We have been trying to get them to fix it

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. Head the negative reviews and ignore the "stellar" reviews from family and employees. I can't believe this company is still on business especially with how verbally abuse Dave Stewart is and how unprofessional Stacey Stewart is. They will sub your work out to Sunpools Remodel and then Sunpools will string you along for months with false promises of repairs. After months of them saying they would come fix the craze cracks they created in the pool surface they will then say "nothing is wrong" after cussing you out and then ignore all future attempts to

We have been trying, for almost 2 years, to get New Image to honor their warranty with us, to no end.
They have ignored numerous certified letters and emails. This company, in my personal opinion, may be guilty of consumer fraud.
The owner, David Stewart, has used threats, profanity and work stoppages to try to intimidate us and to force us to accept substandard work. Due to the owner's extremely abusive behavior and threats, we will not allow him, personally, back on our property.
