Needed repairs on our 16 year old Sub-zero refrigerator. Mike's Appliance got Jeramiah out to us the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the proper parts on order. Worst customer service ever! The lady (Karen) is most condescending I have ever encountered. Do a favor to yourself and stay away from this so called service provider. I wonder why such a reputable company like Bosch still runs repairs under their warranty with this kind of horrible service provider.

Worst Customer Service and they hardly know how to do the job. Our appliance was under warranty and still they billed us and ended up saying it cannot be fixed. At the end we contacted ABC Applicance, the ABC rep came an fixed it in two days & as we were under the warranty we were not even charge a single penny for repairing.

Reported the problem that the relatively new gas oven would not maintain cooking temp after a power failure, ex: Chicken that normally takes an hour would not be cooked, at all, even though the temp display said the temp was 350. Bought a small oven thermometer, temp during cooking would drop to 150, broiler would stop flames, etc.
The tech called us prior to visit and had us preheat oven. When he arrived about 20 min later, the oven was at temp, pulled a laser thermo out, said the oven was working fine, there was nothing to fix, and said the thermo we bought was

After being assured that it would be cost-effective and easy to fix our old kitchen stove, we made an appointment to have it repaired. The time came, and passed. Over three hours later the "repairman" showed up. He immediately began explaining how complicated repairs would be and the unlikelihood that parts needed would be available. When he determined that the downdraft vent was stopped up he stated that he unequivocally was not going under our house to remove the obstacle.
