BJ heating and cooling very friendly technicians as well as office personnel. Always willing to help if I do have a problem. Great value for the money with the new system I had installed. Would highly recommend them to anyone who either needs service or who is in looking for a a new system. You won't be disappointed. I've been using BJ heating and cooling for about 5 years.

Jayson was very knowledgeable and gave a very helpful explanation of what homeowners needed to know about the furnace system. He was very professional and helped me determine what works best (bigger 4 inch filter vs 1 inch, choice of air scrubber, etc.) to ensure that tha air circulating within our home is the best quality. I will be requesting his and BJ's services for our future HVAC and furnace needs!

They've been coming twice a year & have done an awesome job! But this time they went above & beyond normal customer service. Robbie in the office ordered a part for my humidifier & Greg installed that and a condensation pump so now I don't have that ugly green hose running across my basement floor.
You have no idea what a blessing that is as I'm trying to sell my house!

Jayson went above and beyond my expectations. As a certified Journeyman he was an expert in our two systems and humidifier. He was very professional, explained everything in layman’s terms and did the most thorough job of anyone who has provided service in my 18 years of home ownership. He found a mold issue and treated, which I was thankful for ! So impressed with the service performed.

I was desperate when my AC went out Saturday night. Sunday morning I called and within 5-7 minutes I received a call back from John. He explained there would be an additional charge if he came out Sunday morning, but I was fine with that. He was at my home within an HOUR!! He explained what was wrong and that he didn’t have the part needed. He was kind, informative and explained that someone from the company would call Monday morning.
Monday morning (today) someone called and said they had the part, but their schedule was full until Wednesday. I told them I really needed help today and was willing

Jason Bell was my technician. Pleasant and professional service. He let me watch him do the furnace yearly maintenance check up and explained every thing he was doing to make sure it would be ready for furnace weather. I have used B&J for years and find them and the technicians to be very reliable.

First off I had a contractor build a house back in 2014 and BJ Heating and Cooling was sub contracted to install my HVAC in that home. I've experienced their workmanship and Bryant products in the past. I've since moved on and needed to update the HVAC in my current home where I now live. Did a lot of research on exactly what I wanted. Installing multiple furnace and AC units aren't cheap by any stretch of the imagination. This time I had to chose the contractor as I am replacing the units not building a new home. Called and received quotes from multiple companies. Barry came out

I've been using BJ H&C for several years and they continue to excel in customer service. I'd like to thank our last technician Jayseen for beng the person he is and represents BJ's exceptionally well.
He is fairly new to BJ's but he took the time to explain all the service parameters he covered and what type of filters to use. He covered what he all checked and any concerns he had. When I arrived at home just before he departed he went over everything with me as well!
Covered more items then regularly covered but I was thankful for that.

I called BJ Heating & Cooling on Thursday 6/16 and was able to make an appointment for the next day...their customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and upfront..she told me how much the service run would be and that the service tech might be late if previous customers took longer...on Friday the customer service rep called and let me know that they would be running behind schedule but he would be there and I would get another call when he was on his way. When Trey arrived he explained about their maintenance program... It sounded like a great plan so that's what we went with
