This company is great! Originally installed our roof and took care of Storm Issac in 2011.
Recently found water damage around vent pipe in furnace/laundry room while repainting. Checked attic and found roof wet roof and floor next to vent pipe. Called and asked to get a roof repair or replacement estimate.
The company sent a person out who inspected inside and on roof. He caulked/sealed areas that should take care of the problem. He listened to my concerns, was polite and reported back to the owner.
Within minutes the owner called and discussed what he knew with us. If the next rain brings additional

I called to get a professional assessment after the whole home inspector suggested we get a roofer to look at the house we are buying. Chuck with Dayton Roofing came out THE SAME MORNING I called because I told him we had a very short window left for inspections. He was also very straightforward with his information, finding a reroof was not imminent, but full tear-off would be needed several years in the future. I REALLY appreciate his promptness and helpfulness. We will definitely be calling him back when the roof replacement needs done.

I called Dayton Roof & Remodeling for a estimate as well with a few others. My issues were directly addressed and answered compared to the other companies. I do not choose the cheapest, I choose best value. Dayton Roof exceeded my expectations from the start to finished product. Chuck is amazing and cares about the work that is performed. I even forgot to move things out of the way the day before they came and the crew moved everything carefully and even tried to recall the exact placement of everything to put it back. If we could give 6 stars we would. Been about 2 weeks since our work was done. We had some storm doors installed and those installers messed up some of our new siding. Called Chuck and he came out the same day to give us replacement siding at no charge. If you're getting some work done, definitely Call Chuck and his mascot Chippers (his dog) :)

Would highly recommend Dayton Roof and Remodeling. We needed basically a full remodel outside. They installed a new roof, new gutters and new siding and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had one small issue at the end of the work and Chuck, the owner, addressed and fixed it quickly. They did such a good job we shouldn't need anything anytime soon but would surely use again if we did and will be referring friends and family.

I had requested a quote for some siding and gutters online late one night. The owner, Chuck Davis called me first thing the following day, came out right away and had a quote sent to me by afternoon the same day. The price was reasonable and competitive. Chuck kept in great communication with me, answering all my questions and providing me with info I requested. I decided to go with another company only because a color they had available. Chuck's business ethics are so great I felt compelled to leave a great review for him. I highly suggest giving Chuck and Dayton Roof a chance to bid on your next

Can not say enough good things about Chuck, Dennis and the crew at Dayton Roofing and Remodeling. They have done my personal home, my clients roof, quoted me work and they have always been prompt, professional and offered great advice for the jobs! My personal roof was quoted next day and they were done in less than 2 days from when they started. We had a small concern come up and I made a quick call to Chuck and Dennis dropped everything to make sure we were taken care of in the pouring down rain, which means a lot to us. I will absolutely recommend their services to everyone I know!

I used Dayton Roof and Remodeling to repair all the wind damage that I had on the siding of my house. I had falling and missing pieces all over the place due to recent wind damage. The house was definitely becoming an eyesore. I put in a request for an estimate online, and they called me the very next day to set up a time that they would be by to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised not only to meet Chuck, but Chucks partner Chipper, (his cute little four legged friend) when they came to assess the damage. They did a thorough check and explained what his thoughts were for both a complete overhaul

After a nightmare with a different contractor, who took money but did no work, contacted Dayton Roofing and got a prompt, professional response, inspection, quote and then the work was done as and when they said it would. Chuck and the crew were professionals. Roof looks great, and they cleaned up well. I would heartily recommend them, and I'm sorry I didn't try them first.

I was visiting from out of town in order to help a family member out by replacing their roof and scheduling some other repairs. Ron was prompt, responsive, and great to work with. The quality of the work was good and the price was reasonable. I appreciated the crews going the extra mile. Would definitely recommend this company!
