I have one of those crappy Ryan home houses, so something is bound to break down sooner than later. The kitchen sink was clogged 3 days ago. I called H. Jacks'. Two technicians came and did the diagnostics and repair (snake). They pointed out what causes the pipe to clog. Nick was kind enough to remedy the pipe issue.

This company was completely unprofessional. We had an appointment for them to come to our home on a Friday from 2-4pm and they didn’t show up. At 5pm we called and asked where they were and they said they were running late and were on their way. At 7pm we called again and they said they called and left a note on our door. There was no call or note on the door. We had to make another appointment for Monday at 8-12pm. Again, they didn’t show up or give us a call. What a complete waste of time.
