However, this leaves minerals and contaminants, such as sunscreen, dust and pool-maintenance chemicals, to become more concentrated than normal. This can make it difficult to balance the chemical levels in your pool, which is why it's important to periodically drain old water and refill it with fresh water.

We were in a bind to find someone to service the pool with a house we were renting. Derek & his team were the only pool company we contacted who got back to us with a quote in a timely manner. The rate was fair, they send you a picture when they are done, and they are easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!

Our dog ate our pool sweep cord. Clarity gave us the part number said get it in and we will repair it. We notified them we had the part and 3 weeks passed and they never picked it up. We went to Leslie Pool supply and asked if they could and they said it is the wrong part. 2 weeks later Leslie’s fixed it. We fired Clarity after there service guy sent a text saying he had been buy to service our pool. My husband and I were both home and no one ever touched the pool. We forgot to cancel the next payment to them and they will not give our money back! Here it is the end of June and because of Clarity

I called Derek and he came out that same day to look over my pool pump. He spent a lot of time looking over all of the parts and tried many different things to get the pressure down. He was very friendly and educated me a lot about pool maintenance. He didn't charge me for his time, only parts and when we couldn't figure out this issue he sent another company out to fix the issue. All is good now! I have already referred him and I will definitely call again in the future.

Derek and his staff are prompt, respectful and VERY thorough! Since he's been taking care of our pool, we have noticed a huge difference. He takes pride in making sure the pool is at a good level - while maintaining a perfect balance of mild chemicals. After swimming our hair doesn't reek of chlorine, if possible it even seems more healthy! We are thrilled for warmer weather so we can dive in to our gorgeous pool!!!
Anyway, we appreciate the professionalism and care for our pool. We are HUGE fans! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I called Clarity Pools on a Saturday afternoon and left a message requesting advice as my pool pump had suddenly stopped working. That same day I received a call back from Derek asking me questions about my pool pump. He then took it upon himself to research my pool pump type and the possible scenarios of what could be the cause of it not working. He called me back later that same day with his findings and that he would check out my pool pump the next day.
He not only checked my pool pump, but he also examined the faulty pool timer, tested my pool, added chemicals to my pool and gave me advice

We had a pool issue last summer and the owner Derek, was very prompt in addressing it to help get our pool going again. He was really great, listening to our concerns, then diagnosing the problem. Also, his email notification service is great and he always shows up when he says he will. Prices were very reasonable as we've used several pool services in the past and we won't be going back!
