We had ERS R&R our furnace/AC unit that was damaged by a bad water leak in the winter. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. They were very professional and did quality work. I'm retired HVAC so I know poor quality when I see it. Had small equipment issue a few months after install, that was not their fault, and they responded as if we were next inline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your HVAC needs.

ERS was so quick to respond to our AC not working. They were lifesavers. We had a technician doing repairs next day. They gave us great pointers on how to keep our old unit running and working well. Their professionalism is outstanding. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

I bought a new smart thermometer that I though I could easily install myself. Needless to say, nothing is ever as easy as it looks. I messed up the wiring and my HVAC system would not work properly. My a/c was barely working and my heater would not come on. I didn't want to wait for winter to come and really be in need of my heater. I called Ryan and his crew at ERS for help. He immediately sent one of his professional service reps, and they literally got me hooked up. They updated my HVAC wiring and got my smart thermostat working. Their service and price was great. I live in 100+ year old house. It has been a nightmare to get cooled. Not only were they on top of every detail they were knowledgeable about every aspect of the work. There was a 20° difference between floors and now both are EXACTLY the same! If you’ve lived in an old house you know! Do yourself a favor and use these guys for EVERYTHING!

They installed New AC and Furnace with better rates than others and great 10 year warranty on parts. This job could have been botched because it's a difficult 1972 brick drilling for PVC pipe to come out. Furnace was a pain and these guys put in the extra hours on their Friday to make sure it was done right. Showed me what to do and set it up with me. Just great experience all around.

Awesome experience with ERS. I own a two story home and the upstairs gets unbearably hot. The techs really took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. They gave some great recommendations and tuned up my A/C which has helped a lot. Great customer service. I will definitely be using them in the future.

So my gas fireplace hasn’t been working since early Spring...I had no idea what was wrong. Since warmer weather was coming, I figured I’d worry about it later. Today was “later,” apparently! I had called my home warranty company, only to be told that my coverage doesn’t include fireplaces. I was going to ask a co-worker tomorrow if he could… recommend a good HVAC company to come look at it. ERS was fantastic. After a botched job by Anyhour heating and air and being told they wouldn't come out for 10 days I started looking for a new company. BEST decision ever. So glad we were referred to Lori and ERS. She immediately tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone to see if we could get things going. It was a hands on job but Josh… showed up Monday and went above and beyond. We had no idea how bad the problem was and can't thank Josh enough for being patient and thorough enough to get our system straightened out. Thank you again, we will not be using anyone else from here on out

Ryan is great! We got told by Whipple that basically we need a new AC, so we were calling around for AC quotes, Ryan came out and looked at the AC and said no, you definitely do not need a new AC and spent an hour with us going over what we should do to help the issue with our upstairs not staying cool. Would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Awful...go to through them if you want a $60 service charge for doing nothing. The technician came, said "it feels cool in here", and said nothing is wrong with the ac. The temperature is always 80 degrees or hotter with the ac on, so he recommended charging me $200 to move some vents to the top of the ceiling instead of actually fixing the problem. Then he sprayed off my ac unit with my own hose and left the water on. Spent about 3 minutes at my house, and asked for the money. Keep up the great work :)

The whole staff is great! Very professional and thorough in their service! I have had them work on my commercial walk in freezers and coolers as well as my prep tables and ice machines. They solved problems… I didn't know I had until they serviced the equipment. There work will help extend the life of the equipment as well as provide me superior operational capability. Thanks ERS!

ERS is FANTASTIC! It's the middle of summer and of course our AC goes out. My wife is 8 and a half months pregnant and the company our landlord trusts was booked out a week! Oh no!
After doing a little research, we found ERS and I'm SO thankful we did. They were about to squeeze us in and get a tech out the next day! Lori in the office was amazing… and did a little troubleshooting on the phone with us to narrow the problem down...
Riley, the Tech was just AS good. Very professional, on time... and best of all - Transparent! He explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure
