I've had a number of HVAC jobs in which after reviewing bids, Bill's Comfort Systems was by far the lowest cost. But even more important to me is how much Bill's cares about people. The technicians are incredibly nice to work with, they are experts and will always give an honest answer on if a repair is possible, and how much a repair would cost in comparison to replacement, and will be honest in what decision they would make if it was their own home. I reached out to this company because they came highly recommended by a few friends but I would steer clear of them. If you are looking to have anything but a BIG project done, don't go with this company because they won't give you the time of day. Not helpful and acted like I was wasting their time and putting them out for even calling.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Worst experience of my life! I felt I needed a second opinion on the work done. In doing so I had conversations with my city building inspector. Before an independent HVAC company came to “check Bill’s work”, the city inspector came. What I learned from the inspector was unnerving, appalling, and disheartening! Bill’s DID NOT… PULL A PERMIT for my job. Blatant CODE VIOLATIONS! This place was absolutely terrible! We called them on Wednesday, when our AC went out. They sent a consult the next day. No problem. They said they would be back between 2-6pm the next day to install the needed part. 7:15, no show, no call. It's hot and we didn't want to use the oven, so we go out to grab food. While we were gone, the guy shows up leaves without calling my cell as requested. He leaves. Wes came out for my A/C that wasn’t blowing cold. He was on time, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a few things he could have told me I needed to replace but he didn’t try to ding me and explained the process to me. I was very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone. I had them come out for a bid on some HVAC work to finish my basement and also a bid on a fireplace. Their bid was high and I went with another local company for my project. Here we are 9 months later and I get… an outstanding bill from them for the bid that I declined... 🤔 I understand mistakes are made but this is not ok...

These guys were great. Jordan and Trevor came out and did a full install of both our furnaces and installed AC. Despite our house being determined to resist in every way it possibly could, our installers kept their cool (ha!) and forced it to comply. They worked hard, rarely taking any breaks. Even though the job took longer than expected (not their fault at all), they didn't rush the work, ensuring they did the job right.

I spoke with and visited several companies to upgrade our fireplace. I was given a lot of confusing information that really didn’t mean much to me. A couple of companies showed me their brochures and said once I decided what I wanted they’d come to my home and see if that would work. Chris came to our home right off. He looked at what we had and… asked a few questions about what we were looking for. He recommended a fireplace that he thought would be best for our situation and gave us a straightforward cost. We were told by another company that we needed a new furnace, their cheapest option was $4500. I called Bill‘s Comfort Systems for a second opinion, and they were able to come out that same day. They tuned up my furnace and got it running within the hour. We found that the previous company most likely took a fuse off the circuit board then proceed… to tell me it all needed to be replaced. We are so grateful that Charlie was able to come out and help us. He was honest, and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company. Saved us thousands!

We have been doing business with Bill’s for 17 years. They have been wonderful. We have had early morning and late night furnace repairs and other great maintenance and service. I'm so happy I had Bills Comfort Systems install a new fireplace in my home. The service this company provides is incredible! I scheduled an appointment for a bid and the very next day Charlie was at my house answering all my questions and giving me ideas/options. Within a few more days, Chris (and the other gentleman, sorry I forgot his name) had my gas line run, fireplace framed/installed, and the finishing rock with a beautiful mantle done. These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will refer Bills Comfort Systems to everyone I know and if I need their assistance in the future
