What a fantastic experience!! There design team was easy to work with and super helpful. They had great ideas and were very helpful with my vision I had for my remodel. My kitchen remodel turned out beautiful and I saved a LOT of money over some other local kitchen stores without compromising quality. I would highly recommend them and will use again for future projects!!

We worked with Francis Combes on our kitchen cabinet order and we love the final product! We went with shaker style cabinets in the color Revere Pewter for our kitchen remodel. Service was excellent and their team is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about their products and about kitchen design.

I was recently the recipient of over-the-top customer service from the staff of Premier Kitchens.
When the assembly that makes my 20+ year old Wood-Mode Lazy Susan go around went out, I thought that would be the end of it. After trying in vain to find replacement parts on my own, I reached out to Janet Webb at Premier Kitchens for help. I sent her a photo of the damaged part and she forwarded them to the Wood-Mode factory. Within days, she emailed me even though that particular lazy susan style was no longer in production, the factory had the replacement parts in stock. She arranged to have

We cannot thank George and Francis enough for baling us out of a very difficult situation with a previous kitchen design business. Both George and Francis went beyond expectations in designing a beautiful and very functional kitchen while saving us a considerable amount of money from our prior experience. Unbelievable service. No follow through on missing items still to be delivered. Poor installation. Guys will scratch the cabin.
The 2 doors were replaced due to premier kitchen installers scratching it when they came and tried replacing a defective door. My installation was immaculate by my contractor and am extremely happy with their work.
The latest is the missing parts are lost and you have to reorder. I will wait to see how you install the final missing and replacement pieces.

Premier Kitchens installation crew were amazing to work with. Javier and Sergio just finished installing our new office. They showed up right on time, and did an absolutely beautiful job. They were so patient with my requests and left the property as neat as they found it. I highly recommend this little jewel of a company for quality cabinetry, design, and installation services!

We had a flood in my kitchen and everything had to be torn out. Premier kitchens came out right away, helped us design a new kitchen and got it ordered and installed very quickly. I had a small problem with the cut-out for the refrigerator and they came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend them!

The person to work with is Marilyn! She has incredible ideas on design and functionality. She is personable, and easy to talk to, has wonderful ideas and.can translate difficult concepts into realities that the non-contractor person can easily understand. What all was done we were blown away with how wonderful our kitchen looked and how it highlighted out entire house. We so highly recommend this company and Marilyn!

I can't attest to their work, but customer service was superior. I wandered in one day looking for an inexpensive solution to a cabinet repair. I had purchased cabinets long ago from a place no longer in business. One of their designers, Francis, spent a good half hour with me, asking questions, looking in catalogs and giving me good advice about the best way to solve the problem. I was already impressed, given what a tiny job it was. Everything we were looking at was more $$ than i wanted to spend. He then found me a replacement part on Amazon, and told me that would work just as well and

Built items fir our master closet without communicating with us in use. We went with another provider who spent several hours.consulting prior to building and of course their product turned out great.
Premier agreed to complete the surface work on a cabinet. Then delayed the work for months and now have reneged.
They are difficult to work with, late and provide a poor product.

9 months for a pretty straight forward kitchen remodel! Nightmare . The commission gets in the way of service and quality . Parts and pieces delivered incorrectly over and over with no apology. Delays upon delays. Then the delay caused my custom $500 shelfs to have parts come so many months later that tile was already installed months before and therefore involved a very complicated installation of shelves that fell in our lap! Stay away ! Don't be won over by he beautiful showroom as there are many other places sell these lines of cabinetry . You've been warned!

What a great experience. I will preface this with the statement that I was a general contractor in Dallas where I specialized in high-end kitchen and bath remodels -- I know the business.
Early on in this project we knew that we had a good match. Our designer, Marilyn, was a full partner in the project -- totally attentive to what we wanted and needed -- no selling. The result twas a very well designed highly functional kitchen.
Through to the end we have been completely satisfied. The installer was clearly very experienced. There were several glitches he had to work around such as placement

We were introduced to Lisa Peterson at Premier Kitchens by our talented designer Kathy Bate. And we were so glad that she did! From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met Lisa I knew this would be the place to purchase our cabinets. All employees, George, Marilyn and Lucy, and Rudy (wink) are wonderful. We had an idea of the basics on how we envisioned our kitchen to look, but did not know the steps to achieve our goal. What cabinets to use? finishes, storage solutions or the cost. My general contractor recommended Premier Kitchens for the purchase of my new kitchen cabinets. I met with Marilyn one of the designers.. She did an AMAZING job designing my kitchen, answering my questions, and keeping me abreast of everything that was going on. Not only did she just design and sell me the cabinets, but was physically at my home to inspect them personally when they were delivered because I couldn't be there. Talk about customer service! And their prices were just slightly over that of Lowes for a MUCH better quality cabinet, professional design services, and white glove
