We review the construction documents, provide project budgeting or hard bid costs and value engineering services to provide cost savings options. When construction commences, we provide our clients with a kick off meeting for a project overview including reviewing the critical path tasks and addressing long lead time materials.
Sierra View has experience with Pre-Construction and can help provide different cost and design options during the project's design development. Work included providing site work, landscaping, access roads, and new construction of a beautiful single story, 3,078 square-foot Winery & Tasting Room facility and 3,658 square-foot covered crush pad, in Camino, California. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we want to thank all the clients and partners we've worked with - as well as all the people who use the buildings we've constructed.
