I called at least eight or nine pest companies and everyone told me a different story about Box Elder bugs from saying that they had pheromones that for every 1 would attract another 10, to telling me that only one house on a block would ever get them in Oregon.
Ray was the nicest guy I found and could not believe the prices that the other guys were giving me which he said were unconscionable
Ray was courteous and polite and professional and got rid of these bugs for 1/3 of the price of some of the other guys. Thank you so much,

I highly recommend Burton Pest Control. After being stung by a yellow jacket on my front porch, I realized that there was a nest under the eave and probably also in the attic. After using a consumer foam with no improvement, I checked Yelp reviews and called Ray. His son Chase came out the next day and dusted under the eave and around the vent screen. He was very professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what would happen. He also explained that if I still had the yellow jackets after 24-48 hours he would return and that the new application would be covered under the warranty

Trust the prior 5 star reviews. Trusting my gut and getting a second opinion from Burton Pest Control was the best thing I've done in a while.
We started out our ant control journey by calling one of the big name companies. Set an appointment and was quoted almost 500 dollars and a lock in year long contract. Definitely wasn't pleased - I wasn't expecting a year long issue!
We had minimal ants but enough that I wanted to prevent it from getting worse. After the 500$ quote I called Burton Pest Control and before even setting up an appointment they gave me some insight into the issue

Ray came out today to help with our little black ant issue and also a critter(s) in the attic. From talking to him on the phone and scheduling with him last week to our appointment today, everything has been absolutely wonderful so far. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. After living in our home for almost 2 years, we discovered a rat in our basement and garage. Ordered a few traps to bait and capture them ourselves which luckily we caught a few, but to be safe we wanted some professional help in case there were more. Ray, the owner, came out on time and he set everything up and also sealed all he potential entries. When he came back several days later it looked like we already took care of the problem before calling for his services because there were no more signs of any rats. Ray Burton Pest Control is a our go to company for all our pest control needs. We noticed sugar ants in the kitchen and a trail outside. Called Ray, he was out the next day. He walked around the house to find those little buggers. Marked and baited the areas. There were quite a few. Showed how to bait inside and out. We talked over a follow up plan in the next 10 days. The whole visit was about 45 minutes. Great customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy.

Fantastic. First on my list to call. Gave me a super reasonable quote initially. Came out and looked at our property, checked for places mice could get in - didn't find any and left without charging me. Gave free advice and I was able to resolve my issue with just some live traps I bought. If the mice come back I will call them immediately. Honest, trustworthy and great to deal with.

Had an out of control yellow jacket nest close to my front door and garage door trapping me in my house on a Sunday. I called Burton Pest Control and explained my situation. Ray called me back and said his son Chase could be here Monday at 8am. Chase arrived right on time and calmly explained to me and my husband through an open window exactly how he would be approaching the situation. He was so calm that it calmed me too. Wow, so impressed! We have dealt with recurring and annoying ants for 20 years. Burton's took the time to show us how to bate and rid the colonies. Most services try to sell on an ongoing monthly service (which we've tried) and never works. Burton's marked all of the ant trails surrounding our home and walked us through the steps on what to do and where to buy the product. Highly recommend!

I'm super please with Burton Pest Control. I had a rat in the garage that I got and I knew something got under the house. I thought I took care of it, but when the neighbor complained about rats and seeing one running out back, I called. Quick response and I got next day service with Chase coming out right on time. He gave the house and crawlspace the good inspection and told me everything was good and that the countermeasures I had put into place were effective. He was very open to all my questions and told me what I needed to look out for.

Amazing service. Wasps chewed a hole through my grandsons closet and quickly filled his room. In a panic I called at 4:30 pm and Ray was there by 6:15 pm. He explained exactly what he would be doing. He went above and beyond, removed the babies clothing from the closet, his toys, and put it into the hall so the chemicals wouldn't get on them. I would definitely call him first when dealing with pests. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend Burton Pest Control. I woke up Saturday morning early to head out of town for the day. I woke up to a massive wasp nest next to my front door so bad my wife and I had to head out the back door to leave. My entire front porch and door was covered with wasps and several had gotten into the house when I tried to open the door. The nest was huge. We thought we had mice (it turned out to be a rat) but Chase came to our house over and over helping us and bringing us traps and glue boards to help trap the rat. He also put up with me texting him for ideas on how to catch the rat and to reassure me that we would eventually get him.
He also brought my twin daughters cute mouse toys that they love.
I would highly recommend them.

These guys are wonderful! Ray is such a down to earth honest guys who is very hard working! He knows his rats let's me tell you! We had him come out and he found the areas the rats were coming into the house. He baited those areas to make sure no rats would be trapped inside & then sealed up the areas using a mesh metal to they can't chew or dig through the patch. So far no more rats!
He has also been very punctual with appointments and explains things very very well! I honestly would recommend this company if anyone has pest problems!!! Thanks so much Ray!
