On Time Landscapings team spends every day being obsessed with taking the hassle out of landscaping for our customers. Just because other landscapers have taken care of properties landscaping the same way for years does not mean it is the best or least expensive way.
Many properties' monthly landscaping contracts are unnecessarily high because they have plants that get hedge trimmed. With costs (including labor) on the rise, other landscapers' silence can cost properties a significant amount of money year after year in landscape maintenance costs. If action is taken, many times these costs can be reduced or eliminated.
There can be a reduction in noise and pollution from a reduction in use of blowers and possibly eliminating the use of hedge trimmers. We provide landscape maintenance and do one-time jobs/enhancements at commercial, retail, office and industrial properties. When possible, we schedule blowing and hedge trimming to accommodate tenants and customers.

While a response came to me fairly quickly (late at night as well), I'm disappointed that a request for a quote was just straight up rejected. I'm not sure if it's because they think my quote and sought out services is not worth their time, but this is definitely a poor way to go about a business. The only thing I can say thanks for is the quick response, but other than that, this is truly the first time I've seen anyone has just reject someone without any attempts to work with them. Interesting, to say the least.

The only company that gave me honest information regarding my fully grown plum trees. We just bought the house and although the trees are beautiful, the pool is filled with leaves. I called several landscapers who were willing to come out and trim the trees. However, Matthew is the only one who informed me that the roots could damage the pool (the trees are a few feet from the pool). He suggested that they be removed before we have expensive pool damage. Thanks, Matthew for the much needed insight!

I decided to take advantage of the conversation rebate the water authority provided; found On Time Landscaping on the Water Authority list of contractors. Matthew contacted me right away and set up a time to talk about my project. Matthew and staff had great knowledge about the rebate process and guided me along the way what steps I needed to take and knew how to calculate the square footage to get approval on the first time after conversion. I gave Matthew a list of must haves and left the rest in his capable hands. All of his staff were very professional. Unfortunately due to the crazy weather

Matthew responded to my Yelp inquiry in less than 20 minutes, and chose not to take the job once he figured my 985 SFT backyard was not worth his time. I'm sure On Time does a great job based on their reviews, but a business refusing money? Shocking....This day and age where businesses compete over every client, On Time has the luxury to decline customers? What happened to "No job is too big or small"? I'm in the real state business and almost always the properties that I buy/sell for my clients need backyard services, guess these guys are out of my calling list now. A neutral

Matthew is awesome! He quickly responded to my inquiry on Yelp in under an hour. He came out the following day to review what exactly I needed. He provided a few suggestions on what to plant. Additionally he provided some insight into things to be aware of; such as trees the builder planted that are close to the house and have potential to cause issues in the future. The price quote was reasonable for everything that they were going to do.
I wasn't in a hurry to have the job completed, yet his team was out a few days later to take care of the job. My front yard now looks awesome!
