Poor in installation water runs past the gutters even in a light rain. After posting a bad review we finally had their estimator show up unannounced when no one was home. Estimated called said he was there and there is nothing that can be done to correct the problem, the roof is to steep and the drip edge is to low, basically live with it. Find another gutter company.

South Florida Gutter Depot did an excellent job installing new gutters and downspouts on our house. Orlando, who was also the salesmen came and did the measuring for the estimate and made suggestions for better roof drainage. They were not the cheapest estimate but the most knowledgeable and used a better product than others were using in their estimates. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and were a pleasure to work with and will use them again on another job.

S FL Gutters Depot did a subpar job on a repair. They replaced about 18' on the roof, then reused my existing downspout and horizontal piece on the ground. That was fine (no need to replace). BUT they (1) shoved the old piece too far up, so now it doesn't reach the driveway (leaving the water to run into the landscaping and erode the dirt under the driveway), and (2) attached it upside down, putting a sharp edge on top that someone can cut their leg on. When I called to ask if they could bring me a new piece (which I can reattach correctly), I was told "too bad, we did you a favor

I had a great experience with SFGD. The guy who came out to estimate the job was on time and very personable. I had five down spouts and a pretty good amount of linear footage. The price was very reasonable. The install took one day and they look great. Everything was sealed and tiny nicks were covered with touch up paint. I have had them for about two years now and have had zero problems.

So after i posted this someone in the office called me and chastised me about them being willing to come and fix the problem..he told me that it was the slope of the roof and nothing he could do about it, but they'd send someone to reassess. NOPE...still haven't heard from them. LOSERS... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I had this company do an install at my house, and then at a few businesses, over $10,000 in deals. I noticed at my home that they water was pouring over my gutter, so i got up on the roof to inspect it. The gutter is pitched away from the down spout and it's overflowing and not draining out. I called them to fix is (over a 3 month period) and i was told today that the owner and his son just won't fix it because "my roof is sloped wrong" I'm no expert on gutters, but I'd think that if i was, I'd pitch my gutters towards the downspout, regardless of the pitch of the background, in this case my roof

June 2016: I removed a star because they wanted to charge me $250 to remove the gutters in prep for a new roof. The sales person told me he checked with the owner - twice - and this is their price. Even though they were getting paid for a new job as soon as the roof was completed. Even though they just did the job 2 years ago.
That's how they treat their former and (intended) current customer. They gave me a schematic and quote and I was good with it. The gutter removal was the only thing in the way. And it caused me to go to another company.
