Critical: Responsiveness
After sales customer support is non-existent. Upon the 1st showers after the instalation of the gutters we noticed two leaking points. Claimed it back twice so that the crew could come over and fix it. No response. I had to fix it myself with silicone, but not sure how much it will last. Very dissapointing service...

Evolution Gutters did repair work on my gutters. A section of the gutters continued to leak and I called to schedule for someone to come back and take a look. I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment, but no one ever called. Sometime later I called again and this time an appointment was scheduled for three weeks later at 9:00 A.M. No one showed up. I called at the end of the day and the person said she would see what happened and I was disconnected. When I called back I got a voice machine. I called Christian and left a voice message and he never responded. This is a disreputable

Had new gutters placed on my townhome after my neighbor gave this company a good review. After multiple appts. being canceled and rescheduled for weeks, a two-man team (as they had previously only sent 1 man) finally arrived on the morning of 03/31/21. The quality of the gutters and the work performed by this team was well done and within a reasonable amount of time. Their biggest asset is their Customer Service Rep./Secretary, Valentina. Her handling of my appt. issues and her attention to customer service was outstanding!! If not for the prior issues, I would have rated them higher..

We just had new gutters installed, WOW. They look beautiful. The installers were great and communicated clearly throughout the process. Valentina was also very accommodating and patient as we finalized the project. I would definitely recommend.
