Called on a Sunday due to AC not working. Within minutes we received the name and a photo of the technician that would be coming to look at the system. the unit was fixed within 2 hours. Prompt, professional and courteous. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend this company

This is the second time I have used Crystal Air and I will keep going back. The first time I was getting a second opinion after AND Air tried to scam me for 10,00.00 dollars . Chuck from Crystal came out and it turned out to be 150.00 to repair a burned wire!! I cannot say enough about Chuck. He is professional, knowledgeable , respectful and friendly. Yesterday he came out again and it turned out to be something really simple. If you want an honest and reliable company use Crystal. I called to have our AC unit checked as we’re new homeowners and it was making a weird noise. I called them in the morning for an estimate for ductwork on a rental property, they went out the same day and gave me a very reasonable price. The next day they were there first thing in the morning and the job was completed accurately and fast. Both people I spoke to on the phone were super friendly. I highly recommend crystal air. I’m still so shocked at how quickly I was able to get the repairs done. Top notch!

Do not do any business with this company, they had a special promotion to wave service fee with repair, they charged me $120 for 2 gallons of refrigerant which was underatandale along with the. cost of cleaning… the coil which again was ecpected, I was then CHARGED $40 BECAUSE HE HOOKED UP THE HOSE TO THE TANK THAT INJECTED THE COOLANT THAT HE WAS CHARGING $60 A GALLON FOR.....
when I called to dispute this claim the person on the other end of the phone is claiming it's a charge for labor and then quoted me an entirely different billing setup (same price) then what I was given by the worker

Had a winter equipment inspection done. This was my second one done. I had another one done back in the summer. Both times they called and told me they were on the way. They did an in depth inspection and even cleared out my drain line with no extra charge. I will sign up for another service plan in the summer and continue to use their service in the future.
