The company was professional from the initial phone call, all the way to follow up calls at the end of the job to make sure everything was working perfectly for us. The installers were CO-VID conscious by wearing all the necessary PPE. They were polite, clean and did and amazing job! We have had to call to get their assistance on adding different devices, such as iOS/Android/PC, and the customer service representative was prompt and very helpful. On top of this, their prices were very fair and as we expand they will do all of our security systems! A big thanks to you guys from us here at LiquorSplit

Great local company. Been using them for 4+ years. Had my home alarm/cameras done by them and they installed the apps on my phone so I can easily see my cameras & control the alarm system from my phone. Recently moved and hired them to install electrical outlets in my new kitchen & all the smoke detectors and mount all my TVs. No complaints, knowledgeable technicians👍🏼

I recently moved into a house and hired MSS to install cameras and an alarm system, not only did they do a fantastic job, but their professionalism in the company was outstanding. Whenever I need anything they always answer my calls and come out to check the house within the day. Very respectable company, would highly recommend for big or small jobs. Superb job all around. Technicians were kind, courteous and completely knowledgeable on every aspect of the job I required. The installation was also done in an unbelievably quick time with clean work and no wires shown throughout my home. I had 20 cameras installed along with a home theater system installed and everything was completely done within two weeks. All the technicians wore booties and kept everything clean and well organized. No wires were left shown anywhere for any of the cameras and everything looks professionally installed. A+++ all around. Would highly recommend for anyone looking

Only wish I had seen the reviews on other sites before I contacted Miami Security Systems (MSS) and put down a deposit for a new security system. They simply could not get the new system to work with the existing cameras, but in order to reach this conclusion twelve (12) hours of my time went down the drain. In recognition of their own inability/incompetence to install the new system promised me a full refund but never took any action to that effect until I called the credit card company. This not to mention the fact that their "technician" admitted to not being a licensed professional because
