I have used this company to help with some HVAC efficiency issues, and I have learned real quick that the owner doesn't believe in cutting corners. I only wish I had used them originally as they do top notch work. Every detail was addressed and explained, and I came away from the whole experience realizing that they pay attention to their quality of work. I understand they do a lot more than HVAC, and I can only imagine how good that is. I will definitely use them for my general contacting needs from now on.

We have used Hiatt for six different jobs at Piperton Baptist Church. They did a lot of extensive work for us from AC needs/repair/maintenance/installation, to rerouting duct work, installing commerical windows. They did demo and removal of a huge awning that snow collasped. Very efficient, professional, and hard working guys. You won't be disappointed with the work they do. We can highly recommend Hiatt Construction.

Hiatt Construction is the BEST air conditioner repair company I've ever done business with! I had a situation that was rapidly evolving into an emergency. I contacted Hiatt Construction and Zack Hiatt was at my residence the same day to evaluation the situation. He explained the services I needed and addressed every concern/question I had regarding the needed repairs. And, the next day Zack and Johnathan were at home working to get me back up and running properly. They worked until they completed the job; there was no "we'll be back later to finish up" speeches.

The wife jumped my case after my home A/C went out, I looked on google for a/c service and found Hiatt Construction LLC, one hour later Mr. Hiatt was at my doorstep. The same day he replaced the bad motor & fan it's under warranty that was installed years earlier by a A/C man that I could no longer depend on. Mr Hiatt and his assistance Johnathan worked really hard to get my Unit back up and running and he topped off the Freon as well. Now my wife can relax because Hiatt Construction LLC came to my rescue, i will refer them to all my family and friends because they do excellent work.

We used this company to renovate 1200 square feet of attic space to move in our parents. Zack and Jonathan went above and beyond to work with us on the price and quality of work we needed. They we were engaged throughout the process and the service was outstanding. Even with the fluctuations in lumber prices and during our area's peak construction period, they were able to get our project completed on-time and on-budget. I would highly recommend them. After this project we are even switching to them for our HVAC maintenance.

The entire team at Hiatt Construction did an excellent job with our extensive remodel after storm damage. Their work was all high quality and reasonably priced. Mr. Hiatt went above and beyond to work the project within our budget and his communication throughout the project was stellar. Zack and his crew did an awesome job replacing my old windows and painting them to match my trim. He has specialty crews for all different types of jobs. His pricing was way better than any other quote i received. Finding a contractor that is honest and has crews that care about the quality of their work is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend Hiatt Construction!!

We used Hiatt Construction to replace concrete in our driveway, pour a new back patio with footings, and construct a brick seating wall. The workmanship was phenomenal, the prices were reasonable, and the team was extremely reliable and professional. Harold and his crew were always responsive to questions and provided excellent follow-up. We would recommend them to anyone needing various home improvement assistance, and we will most definitely call them back with future projects.

We were referred to Harold and Zach by a fried and another client of theirs. I will be honest, I heard Germantown and Memphis in general was hard to nail down a reliable contractor. But Harold and Zach showed up, they showed up on time, and they showed up professional and ready to help us. We planned a full bathroom remodel with them. They had their most reliable sub-contractor on it. Gus is a phenomenal guy. He helped us pick out the right tile, design the layout and the finishing touches. Harold and Zach got their window guys out to replace the bathroom window, since there is a weird fascination
