Have used V&V twice - to fix a built in microwave unit that's connected to my oven, as well as my washing machine. Smart, "can do" diagnostician and technician. I called numerous other appliance technicians who simply told me to replace my appliances (with a built in oven, that would have cost me upwards $3000-$4000) Not Victor - he saved me thousands with his intelligent, diligent approach. Victor gave us amazing service on our broken oven. He quickly diagnosed multiple problems, ordered all the parts, phoned us the minute they arrived, and returned the next day to fix it. He was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterward. Great value and our oven is working spectacularly. He was also operated safely during this time of social distancing. Going forward we will use him for all of our appliance needs!

The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Victor sends a message when he is en route and has arrived within 5 minutes of the designated time. No four hour window for this company. Victor is nice, polite, explains things in an understandable way and cleans up when he is done. I highly recommend and will continue to use this repair service.
