I called 3 times last week, as it was the third time the guys have ruined the grass, they missed lot of spots, made deep tracks, left bald spots, and it just looked horrid overall. I just had another company reseed, and fix what Zerielli messed up, and then they came back and did it again. I called and emailed, sent pictures and again, no response. Today I sent them on thier way. Maybe time for legal action.

I own a company that helped their business in August. They have yet to pay any money owed and fail to communicate except to say they were waiting on payment from their client, but after looking them up on public record they have been sued plenty of times. dont do business with them or require CASH as their CC declined as well.

The job was demanding and changing has it went along. The team stepped up and did a outstanding job. They were very professional and answered all my phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. They were not the least expensive but they were worth the extra money. We contacted 8 others for this project 4 responded 2 quoted and 1 wanted $700 for his quote the other I had to chase down. Would recommend them without hesitation

7 years as their customer and I recently received terrible service...broke my hose and a tiki torch, left dirt everywhere, didn’t fulfill work that was discussed, etc. Unfortunately this experience was so bad I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service and no apologies from the owner. They had to come out to my house 3 times and things are still not resolved! Example of a company that got too big and can’t manage the quality of work being done.

We have hired Zarelli Landscaping for two jobs. One was for a quickly forming sinkhole that was created by a cracked pipe underground. Zarelli was able to get to our residence quickly and dig around the problem area so our plumber could fix the pipe. When Zarelli came back to fill in the hole, they planted grass seed that grew quickly and you can't even tell there was ever a problem!
The second project we had Zarelli Landscaping do was a walkway to my father-in-law's private entrance. He walks with crutches and uses a wheelchair a lot, so we were very specific with Zarelli when we met to discuss
