Andrew's began in 2001 when the owner, Andrew Gabries, was only a mere 15 years old. Andrew began mowing lawns after school and on the weekends to earn money and was accompanied by his mother who would drive him from site to site, occasionally mowing a couple of lawns herself. Starting off with only a trailer, Andrew gave his best work even from the beginning.

We've had Andrews as our lawn service provider since we moved to West Chester 5 years ago and every cut is incredible! This summer we had them mulch and plant trees and the guys were great! Kelli in the office is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism
The people they have working in their office are AWFUL. I don’t understand how hard it is to answer emails or answer phone calls. I have made several attempts to get into contact with their office regarding services and have gotten either ignored or hung up on or everyone is out of office. Unprofessional.

I started using Andrew's this year based on a recommendation by my neighbor, and I'm glad I did. I feel like they go the extra mile to ensure the job is done well instead of just 'getting it done.' I find the office team very responsive - they usually answer when I call, and call back quickly when they can't answer. Kelli is great.
The weekly lawn cutting and trimming is always on time and looks great - they always get the areas that could be easy to skip (trimming around all of the trees and beds) - nice job.

Mark, Victor, and Jose did a fantastic job of clearing away a large landscape bed that surrounded a tree stump. They easily dealt with unexpected setbacks while digging up the dirt, stump, and roots (e.g., a utility that wasn't marked by Call811 and buried vent pipes). They even did extra work for me while finishing the yard clean up, which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with this crew, and kudos to Rob, Bill, and Kelli for their help. I will continue to have Andrew's take care of our yard.

You were out edging and mulching our property yesterday afternoon, and I wanted to drop a line to communicate just how impressed we were with the whole experience. The foreman and crew were very kind and personable, thoroughly ensuring that they knew exactly what we wanted done and where. The work was completed with great care to spread the mulch around all of our plants, the edging is perfect. We have been using a different provider in past years, who we also used for mowing service - never again! We had our front and side landscaping- went from an ugly mess to gorgeous in 6 hours. Crew was professional, hardworking, clean. Plants, shrubs and trees are perfect. Came at 8:30 and done by 2:30. Fair price. Johnny easy to work with.

I've worked for Andrews so I can give the best insight. All of the managers are very nice. The work is very organized and the timing is on point. The workers treat each other like family. The managers also treat the employees like family. Working out in the feild doing jobs for customers is also great experience. The manager comes and gives an insight for the task at hand. And we provide the best service for the customers.
