I’ve called Quality Pest Control by the name of Dan The Bug Man for years and can’t even remember how long he’s been helping here. Last week I literally had him on my daily to do list but hadn’t got to him yet for our in house Ant problem. I was out mowing yard when he pulled up to say HI. It was meant to be. We made appointment and unfortunately the time on the first date didn’t work out the way it was planned but he came next day with his help and sprayed inside our Centennial family farmhouse and sprayed along with putting granular stuff around perimeter of exterior house. Called for information and i was shocked to to be cussed out with most colorful language before i could say "hello". Not sure if My San Diego area code gave him the impression i was a telemarketer. Regardless, as a representative of a business, one should never answer the phone like that. No class, maybe if the company was more professional they would have more success in capturing a broader clientele ( = more $) and not be so miserable. These guys are the worst. NEVER USE THEM, to say the least. avoid like the plague

I was referred to Dan at Quality Pest Control by a neighbor of mine. She had him spray her house last year and said that she hasn't see a bee in her house since. I reached out to him today because I have been having wasps, hornets, and bees coming in my house. He answered his phone immediately and came out the same day. He sprayed around the top of my house for the bees and for a small fee sprayed around the bottom of my house for carpenter ants, spiders, and earwigs. He was professional, took precautions in social distancing, and his price was affordable. He also gave me tips to help. Thank you

Dan with Quality Pest Control is the best. I've used him for 20 plus years. He's prompt and does a great job. If you ever see a bug again after he sprays he guarantees his product and comes back out. In over 20 years, I've only had to call back a couple times. He's the best in pest control. You won't be disappointed!

I 'm sorry but there is something wrong here. He started out very nice on the phone. He sounded very knowledgeable, but then he mysteriously became very rude and hung up on me for no reason!! I called back and asked him why and he gave me attitude and he said ''oh because I have a business I need to cowtow to you'' Wow! for no reason either. I checked reviews and I see that he has treated other people the same way!! Also hung up on people the same way! So find someone else! I feel very offended by that situation. Let someone else take your money. Because he will probably treat you like that through
