Have done multiple renovations with Dan. He is detailed, organized, neat, clean and very professional. I have asked him for numerous requests on work he "never did before" and it has always been done to an excellent standard. Dan thinks through the project and discusses his thoughts, concerns, ideas. If I have an idea he usually expands on it and makes it even better then I thought possible. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who asks. He is honest, reliable, and just a great person to work with.

We just finished having our kitchen renovated by Dan Apgar and company. We were thrilled with the entire process with Dan. He was willing to listen to our suggestions and gave terrific feedback as well as his own suggestions. Dan was a thorough professional from the contractor selection, through the job and final details. He was constantly on site and available. I can't say enough about the quality and timeliness of Dan and his associates work.

Dan Apgar was recommended to us by Niece Lumber in Lambertville, NJ. He was one of four quotes that we received to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom (both rooms were taken down to the studs with changes to hvac, plumbing and electric). Our communication with Dan from start to finish was excellent... his quote was a fair price, complete and detailed, and he was very patient in answering all of our questions. The work was started and finished on time, and the quality of the work was great. If we had any issues, Dan was always easy to communicate with and always willing to take action to fix

I designed an entire condo renovation for a 1980’s wreck of a unit in an 1800’s building. We found some rot and structural issues that Dan and his team corrected. The final condo is amazing and I’m often asked who did the work because it’s so beautifully done. Dan is very easy to work with, responds and doesn’t take on more work than he can handle. He and his team are all professionals.
