We were introduced to Roy mechanical via a home warranty company still active on our home. Just honestly the worst experience and life lesson to stick with the mechanic you know, not the one you get stuck with. We were very understanding and allowed our service to continue to go to the bottom of his list as we initially were not in dire need. Once installed, about 6 months later, we ran into not having proper parts and ran in the dead of winter on emergency heat and three months in a row of very high electric bills along with a home that just wouldn’t get comfortably warm.
