We arrive to your residence (or business) and inspect your appliance to see what's going on!. We determine the best option for your specific case (cost of repair vs. cost of appliance) while offering a fair and reasonable price for the parts and repair.*. Every additional appliance is $10! Service Call Fee of $60 covers our cost of travel and cost of inspection.
All of our work is posted on Instagram and relayed through Facebook and Twitter! Make sure to give us a follow and let us know what you think. We hope to start on DIY videos and other informative clips in the near future to better assist our customers.

If I could give this no stars I would.
This company is the absolute worst!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Why...here goes:
They were called out because my refrigerator was making a loud noise and there was ice and condensation on the inside.
The guy came out, and within 5 minutes deduced the problem and said he would order the part but it would take 2-3 weeks.
Okay. I understood supply chain issues, etc.
So I waited 3 weeks.
Still nothing. I called Nurr. No response.
I called them THREE times and no response.
I now have called the home warranty company to send someone else out.

It’s been over two months since the technician came to our initial appointment. He seemed knowledgeable, and said just needed to order the parts and would come back in a couple of weeks to do the repairs. It has been over two months. No one has followed up with me since then. I’ve tried calling a couple of times and it is impossible to get anybody on the phone.

Very fast initial fast response, but a month later the issue remains unresolved. Repeated calls, left several messages, and no response until I posted a review (then an immediate email). I appreciate the information received via email (manufacturer delays); that communication, if it had been received a month ago, would have mitigated the frustration.

He came, he fixed, he conquered. I had been procrastinating for months, actually ringing my laundry out by hand, because I had been told by another company my washer wasn't worth fixing. Then a friend, god bless her, offered to pay for an estimate and within 24 hours the thing was fixed for all of $60.00. Thank you Nurr! and Andy!

There are talented musicians and talented artists, talented dancers and talented writers out there in the world, and then there are talented handymen, who build and maintain the worlds for those talented musicians and artists so that they can create and write and play being surrounded by the things that are in working order.
NURR Appliance Repair is a group of such talented handymen. And I suspect that they are far more than just handymen.

I've been having dishwasher trouble and going through my home warranty to schedule repairs. I went through 3 different contractors who didn't know how to fix the issue before booking Nurr, and they were obviously much more qualified immediately. They were the first person to actually check the error codes of the appliance to diagnose the issue. They gave great advice, and ended up solving it (needed a replacement drain pump motor).
Thank you Nurr for being so helpful & knowledgable, now our the dishwasher consistently works!

I rarely ever write reviews but these people are hands down the best in the business. The owner is so hands on and helpful with every regard. I called because I was having some trouble with my refrigerator fan as it was making a loud sound and they came and fixed it the same day. They walked me through everything and explained it all in detail and were so genuine. Truly thankful for Nurr Appliance.

When my normally reliable Samsung dryer broke down in the middle of this COVID-19 crisis (apparently it was being overloaded by my housekeeper), Yan and his team were able to get out there the next day to take care of it. He was quick, professional, wore a mask and was aware of social distancing techniques. He showed me the part that broke (an idler pulley) and the reason why. A little pricey but getting somebody on call for a Samsung Appliance during these times quickly carries a premium I guess. Would strongly recommend him...

You know...I don’t often take time to write reviews, but I’m really impressed with the professionalism and commitment to customer service of this company. My husband and I went looking to purchase a new refrigerator because ours was freezing everything. The universe pushed me to be patient and I’m so thankful. Called for an appointment to repair the dishwasher. Got clear timing and an appointment a few days later. Day of, the tech was running late, but called to let me know so that I could plan my day. Tech showed up, clearly explained the problem and then worked to fix it. Gave us advice on how to avoide in the future. Reasonable price, no mess in the kitchen. Thank you!

I was able to get a next day appointment and they were on time. Yon was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and more. He assessed the oven in a few minutes and repaired it quickly. Price was what I expected, certainly better than shopping for a new oven. I will use them again if needed.
