So far they have failed us with an incomplete job. We started this process in September and paid Craftsman half of what was due and was told the remodel would start in October/early November. Product arrived in warehouse in December and we were told start date of January 4th. We told them it was imperative that the job be complete by a certain date because one of us was having major surgery January 18. We were promised it was a 2 week job.
We are now in week 7 with no promise of completion.
We have been without a kitchen for 7 weeks.

Craftsmen Home Improvements is great to work with. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin McCloskey and Doug Readnower. They are both very pleasant and easy to work with. I live in the Cincinnati area and I got in contact with Mr. McCloskey first, from the Dayton store. After speaking with him, we realized that I actually needed to talk to Mr. Readnower, down in the Cincy store. After meeting with Mr. Readnower, he helped me realize my dream kitchen could actually become a reality. I now have the kitchen I always wanted thanks to Craftsmen H.I. At all stages of the remodeling there were people who listened to my input. In the design stage my ideas were heard. I received excellent recommendations for materials that respected my budget. The workmen that came into my home were courteous, respectful & polite. They kept us informed during each step in the process. As with most remodeling projects there are surprises along the way. Craftsmen Home is HIGHLY recommended by my family, they remodeled our kitchen spring of 2018, complete gut, we now enjoy the kitchen we never thought possible. Due to the size limitations we thought we could never have what would be functional and beautiful. I had my kitchen completely gutted and started fresh. This required changes in the walls, flooring, water lines, and electric lines. My kitchen could have been on a TV show with the drastic changes from "before" and "after." The new kitchen is stunning and easily increased the value of my home by more than the cost of the remodel. I carefully chose cabinets, countertops, lighting, and even had custom "built on-site" closets and spice racks that fit into oddly-shaped spaces. Jim and Kim in the northern Cincinnati store could not have been more accommodating, honest, and helpful with suggestions

We've really enjoyed working with Craftsmen Home Improvements during all facets of our projects !! We especially enjoyed working with Jim and Kim Grethel. They gave us design options and got to know us as people who happened to also be customers. They listened to our input and ideas and were visible and present throughout our two bathroom remodels. The on-site crews were professional and talented !! They took great pride and care in their work.

We had an excellent experience with doing 2 projects with Craftsmen. We completed both a master bath and kitchen remodel in the last 10 months. Our designers Jim and Kim were so easy to work with - accommodating to our schedule, listened to our wishes, open to our ideas. Very timely with design. Quality products. Skilled installers. May be several months before the project starts but we believe it is worth the wait.
