Had to call multiple times to schedule in the first place. Somebody was supposed to come to give us a quote at 11am but no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered the phone. Someone finally did show up around 3pm (4 hrs later!) when and were not available and said "sorry, it was a busy day, but I'm here now" Completely unprofessional. At least call or text if you are running late... by 4 hours

No Fault Asphalt removed our old, tired asphalt driveway and replaced it with new asphalt. Not only did No Fault Asphalt give us a new driveway that is safer to walk on but our home's appearance improved dramatically. Thanks to No Fault Asphalt this became one of the most rewarding home improvements we have done.
Tim Segovia was knowledgeable and patient answering our many questions. We felt the quote he gave us was fair and reasonable. Tim and his team were professional, efficient and they delivered a quality product that we will enjoy for years to come. Our only regret is we did not

Be careful when dealing with these guys.
After receiving a quote from Tim and shaking hands on site I received an email from the office telling me that the owner rejects the price and wants to meet again.
I was surprised but agreed to meet. I explained that I need the work done quickly, but she never bothered to show up nor to respond to my emails...
I decided to read the reviews about the company after the fact (not smart). I am glad I did so and I am glad I ended up using a different company.

We had our driveway repaved about a year ago and it has held up very well. We were trying to save money as we were thinking about putting our home up for sale and wanted the asphalt to look pretty but did not want to dig up the whole driveway and start from scratch. No Fault Asphalt gave us several different options and helped us make our decision in which way to go. We were and still are very, very pleased with the result. Reasonable price, courteous and hard workers, great result: what more can you ask?

Just had to write a positive review based on the job they redoing my driveway. They had an excellent price compared to other bids, did the job when they said they would - both start and end times, and the driveway has held up well over the last 4 years. I'm going back to them to seal it which needs to be done every few years to prevent cracks from forming during the rainy season.

Garbage quality. We hired them to first do some driveway repairs before replacing a separate driveway section, and sealing everything. The asphalt that they brought was not hot enough, so by the time that they got to the last section of repair, the asphalt was no longer hot enough to stick together. Within a month, the asphalt had come "unstuck" and continued to flake out a bit at a time. These guys literally had no idea what the problem was; another firm that I eventually hired to do the second part of the job pulled out the whole mess and replaced the "No Fault" work

No Fault Asphalt redid our driveway and it was the biggest disaster we have ever experienced. They poured diesel fuel next to the children's sand box, they broke our water line, they broke our back porch step, and they mangled our gate. They did try to repair some of these items. However, the final blow came several days after they had left the job site when the sewer line backed up into our house because the they had crushed the sewer lateral without telling us. We tried to negotiate the final payment with them to cover the $6000 cost of the sewer lateral but the owner refused to talk
