In high school, one of his greatest accomplishments was captaining his school's wrestling team for both his junior and senior years. Throughout high school, he received various awards and accolades. It taught him the discipline required to be a great leader. Upon graduation, he then attended Western Illinois University where he received a bachelor's degree in communications.

My business had some roof damage due to the intense rains this summer. I spoke to Bob and he assured me that one of his crew members would be out in the next 48 hours. Well I guess Bob thinks that 48 hours is the next day!! Tom took pictures of the damage and spent the day repairing it. Bob followed up the next morning to discuss exactly what was done. Great job and very fair pricing!

Hired them to fix a flat roof leak. They said it was the parapets and installed new parapet capping, leak continued. Then they came out and patched a chimney area, leak continued. Then they said it was a masonry problem--the whole house had just been tuckpointed. Eventually they stopped responding to our request for help by email/phone when the leak started to make our ceiling buckle and mold became extensive. Went with another roofing company all together, and roof leak was quickly solved without any masonry changes; there were areas of leak all over the roof that had to be replaced down to the
