My experience with Greenway Nissan was so wonderful. From the time I purchased the vehicle, the process was so easy and they informed me of everything they were doing, every fee, and was even going to put leather in the car I bought due to it being cloth. Unfortunately, I didn’t love the vehicle after I bought and drove home at no fault of the dealership or the vehicle. I called the dealership the same day about how I felt and they assured me it was absolutely okay and to return the next morning. The general manager and everyone were all so understanding and nice about taking the car back and

Many times buying/leasing a new car can be stressful and packed with high pressure. We had a great experience at Greenway Nissan. Horrible experience!!! I’ve bought 3 vehicles from greenway but after the experience I just had with Marcus McGee and his rudeness at Greenway Nissan that’s one branch of Greenway I will not be back to!!! D. Robinson on the other hand was very helpful and he would have had a sell if it had not been for M. McGee!!! I hope he doesn’t ruin sells for his coworkers all the time but I will not be recommending him nor the Greenway Nissan to anybody that I halfway care about!!

We recently worked with Parker to buy a new Nissan. We were in the middle of a busy day, and everyone there was helpful and accommodating. We had an idea of what we wanted, and I really appreciated the absence of any hard sell or bait and switch tactics. Marjorie was a wonderful sales lady! She was friendly, knowledgeable about every vehicle and wasn't assertive like some sales people. I can't remember the man's name that we dealt with after Marjorie, but he was equally wonderful! They both explained every detail of the process, answered any questions we had and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! If not obvious by my comments, we had a wonderful experience, felt at ease with the purchase and will definitely recommend Greenway Nissan of Florence to everyone!!

Honestly one of the best sales experiences I've had in the last 15 years. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Leviticus (sales) and Matthew (finance manager) got me into the model of vehicle I've been wanting for years. The made it a fantastic experience and we're incredibly helpful.
