On January 10th the service manager Keith charged me for an oil change that was not done. I reported this to Kia on Jan 20th to Kia corporate, the GM Ken Starks to no avail. I brought my vehicle back to Kia Sheffield and let the receptionist view the lack of oil, as noted in the photos. She offered to let the tech in the back redo it. I declined and requested my money back. I called all day and was told by the silly receptionist that the manager was on a retreat. The Gm refused to accept my call. But strangely I see Mr. STARKS the General manager giving fake reviews on Google.

BUYER BEWARE: GREENWAY KIA OF THE SHOALS. This ☝️dealership sold us a 2021 KIA Sorrento in May of 2021 with DEFECTIVE molding around the windows and told us the speckled faded spots within it were a new cosmetic feature. We found out 6 months later by seeing another Kia same make/model/year at a gas station that they lied to us. We called and emailed their GM, Sales Manager, and Service Mgr. No one will take our calls or respond to our email. Kia Consumer Affairs has been in touch but states they can’t *make* the dealership fix it. Estimate on repairs is 2k. How to begin? I went to see about preordering a vehicle and to see about getting it a MSRP. I already knew going in it would be a 3-6 month turnaround around time on getting it. We got into the "need for a new car" at a seriously tough time with chip shortages and scarce availability. Somehow we lucked out by finding Greenway Kia had an incoming Carnival. Buddy was our sales representative and he was awesome! He had so much patience and offered help during me pulling out 2 huge car seats and trying to configure how they'd fit into the Carnival while having to add a 3rd car seat soon. The car buying experience was fine. I was in and out in a matter of an hour. However, it has been almost two weeks and I still am unable to purchase my car tag at my local county's tax collector's office because the dealership did not send out the paperwork in time. I called the dealership twice a day for the last 7 days and had to leave a voicemail each time. Not a single person has called me back. I bought my car in December since then there has been a turnover in most of the workers, supposed to be for the better but they're not. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a car here and if you already have a car from here take it somewhere else for service. The salesman are not knowledgeable on what they are selling both previous and new salesman, parts people are not knowledgeable on what they are ordering, and service people flat out lie to your face.
