I definitely recommend Bon Pest if you think you might have a pest issue. I found a lot of termites (both dead and alive) outside my apartment and thought we might have a problem. Javier came to check it out - super friendly and he did a thorough examination. Turns out we didn't have a problem in the walls so no treatment was needed. Even though our landlord would be responsible for paying, I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on a treatment. It would have been a hassle to leave the apartment for hours with my two cats if he needed to spray so I really appreciated that. I&apos

It was a mess. Rats found a hole in our roof, and I was appalled when I climbed a ladder to survey the damage. At the same time, rats penetrated the crawl space under our house, leaving their little calling cards in my kitchen and, worse still, my bedroom. Yes, rats were in my bedroom while I slept.

Though our condo uses Bon Pest's services for termite treament, I needed them for my personal apartment. I had a problem with small moths in my bathroom. The two times that Gerardo came to my apartment, he immediately got to the source of the problem. He is a mensch, a professional, and also a really reliable and knowledgeable worker.

Would give Zero stars if it were an option. If you want the worst in the business... give Bon a call. They charge top dollar for doing nearly nothing. They expect the tenants and/or owners to do everything, and provide a long checklist of things to do to "prepare" the unit for their "service". And don't even honor their 30 day warranty. Worst company in pest control. I hope they lose their licence. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and the state license board.

Still have bugs everywhere just 2 weeks after they were here so they really didn't do a decent job a can from Home Depot would have done the same thing for hundreds less, and they don't honor their warranty and keep making up excuses to avoid spraying again. I wouldn't use their service or recommend it.

I had a terrible, terrible experience with this company. The gentleman who came out NEVER inspected my house, had no ladder and decided the rats were coming in from an area that had NO access into the house. He set glue traps inside for huge rats that were not killed and I had to kill the stuck rats with a shovel myself. When he returned(after the week-end) and there were THREE living rats on the traps, he had to call someone to ask what to do and had no bag or anything to dispose of them into. Still no proper inspection of the house. He decided the rats were behind the dishwasher because I saw

Bon Pest is an excellent choice to deal with not so excellent critters. I was able to get a same day free inspection where as the local competitor also recommended could only come the following week and charged $150 so needless to say I went with Bon Pest.
I had been hearing scurrying noises in the attic/crawl space above me and my landlord was pretty slow to useless in solving it, and I don't think even believed me.
Jerry from Bon Pest came that same day I called and was able to verify that in fact, I had rats entering/exiting above me and as part of his inspection took photo evidence and

This past summer several places I manage had drama with everything from roaches (two types) to termites to ants and mice. Thanks to Bon and their crew, I still have my sanity. But no more pests. Bon and his crew (Peggy and Iris, too) are professional, patient and know their stuff! And it's locally owned, I like that.

So far so good. Tomorrow will be the second flea treatment of two. To start with, they came out on extremely short notice, within 2 hours of calling for emergency flea extermination. They were very helpful on the phone and the guy that came out was a pleasure to do business with.
The price was perfect, actually cheaper than a few of the other places that I had called first that couldn't even make it out for up to 2 weeks.
Whether the extermination has worked entirely has yet to be seen, but there has definitely been a noticeable difference and that is enough to warrant a 5 star rating at

We've been using Bon for years (probably 15 if not more) on both our personal home and income properties. They come out monthly and their billing is done efficiently and in a timely manner.... one bill for our home and others for the buildings. They have always been nothing but efficient, effective and honest... trust me, our tenants would complain if they weren't doing their job!

Sent me a bill showing I owed 2 prior invoices or they would turn it over to collections. I didn't remember any service or prior bills but paid anyways. Honestly, they might as well have not shown up for all the discrepancies they left behind. Absolutely horrible service and customer service. You disappear, don't show up, then for the times I didn't even know you showed up you want to bill me but leave me with more pests than I ever had... You are not pest control, you are the pest!

They basically take your money, put a few traps out, and then they don't follow up. I could have done that and saved the money I wasted on Bon Pest Control. Seriously, the guy put the traps out and didn't call, didn't show up for weeks. Um, what's that "dead" smell?
As part of their "service" they're supposed to find the hole where the critters are getting in, and the rep walked around on the roof and said it was all sealed up. That night? Scratching sounds from the attic.
