Frankie is hands down, the best technician there. My mother has been using Dewey for about 2 years now, and she has had Frankie as her technician the whole time, and has no complaints. He's friendly, professional, easy to work with, and he really gets the job done. He took care of her mouse problem, and even the fleas have gone away (she has 3 dogs!).

They sent Sean out that same day, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

We have service with Dewey Pest Control out of Oroville and they've been absolutely terrible. We're going on 4 months and they've only came out for the initial service when our service agreement is for service every other month. They are unreliable and they do not follow their word. I called two days ago to find out what was going on and they said… they would have someone come out today on 10/28/21 and nobody showed up. I called again and they're nothing but excuses. They couldn't even call me to let me know that they weren't showing up. If you are looking for Pest Control then I would suggest

Imperial, California. Guy walks through my grass going from door to door and thinks he will get a sale? Cant respect someone’s property before receiving money from them, how do you expect their service will be… afterwards? Be an adult, walk around, and stay off peoples yards. By the way the big “no Soliciting” sticker on my front door should have you turning around before even ringing my door bell and proceeding to bang on my door twice afterwards.

I would definitely NOT recommend using Dewey pest control for your Residential pest control needs! They used to do quality service probably 4+ years ago but now seem to charge you more and you get less services performed for your home now! The service tech that come to your home are all very inconsistent each one does something different even the… manager came to our home once and he stated they can only do certain things which different vastly from all the service techs! Finally they simply don’t listen to instructions you give them either on the phone or in person which really aggravates

I am a Property Manager who takes pride in my service to both the owners and tenants alike. Recently, I had the worst experience with Dewey Pest Control - in 18 days, I couldn't get them to call my tenants for appointments, couldn't get a contract in writing, and honestly, could not get the contact person to answer my call, return a text message, or respond to an email. I can't be more disappointed and have quit using Dewey Pest Control services for my rental units. I would give them no stars if I could.
