Had my whole indoor unit replaced including the evaporator unit, furnace, blower motor and the motor that drains the water from the a/c.
Price was ok, but workmanship was very poor. The motor that drains the water was plugged and caused water to soak my carpet. I had to fix this myself as it happened in the middle of the night. Additionally, when they replaced the indoor unit, they did not replace the duct properly resulting in no cold air into the bedrooms. I was promised by the owner himself that he was going to fix it. He never showed up and never bothered to call or text. I also had to fix

I needed to relocate my AC condenser unit from the top of a patio to the floor. I called Acosta HVAC and Robert and Matt were quickly available to complete the project. Very professional when I called, the tech they sent was exceptionally helpful he explained all the working parts to my furnace. I had other quotes and they replaced my valve and board on my furnace for an exceptional price. I would recommend Acosta HVAC to anyone

A little over a week ago my very old furnace stopped working. The fan motor burned out. I searched for a local repair service to support our local businesses and found Acosta repair was here in La Mirada. My furnace was so old there was doubt we would be able to find a replacement motor for it. Robert spent a week searching for one and when he could have said it was too old and I needed to replace the furnace which is what some places would have said, Robert's persistence paid off and he found one and replaced the motor saving me the expensive cost of a new furnace for a very fair cost of

Today has been a very hot day and I had my tenant call me because her A/C unit stopped working. I called my usual HVAC guy and he was all booked up. I also called a few other places and they were booked as well. So my tenant knew of Acosta HVAC and gave them a ring. The tech was out the same day (squeezed us in) and he was very honest, nice and reasonable. So now my tenant is happy and I'm happy. Thanks so much Acosta HAVAC. I have to echo the other reviews here. While I only got to talk to Robert over the phone (he sounded as nice and pleasant as others have said and left me with a very good impression), it was one of his technicians, Andrew, who came out to fix our problem A/C. Acosta HVAC was prompt to respond and arrived within the time frame allotted, saving us from the blistering heat of last Monday. Andrew was efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. No hassle. He even checked our filter right before leaving and offered advice on when to replace it. That was an extra step I

I feel it's very hard to find trustworthy people these days. Robert was more than trustworthy, he was honest and helpful in many ways. His technician who came to our home was Andrew. I quickly resorted to Yelp and searched for someone who yelpers described as "honest" because I have been screwed over numerous times by HVAC people in the past (7 to be exact but who's counting).

Hired Robert to install a dryer vent under the house. He is very polite, nice and I did not feel that he was trying to make a quick buck off of me. I just want to say of course our ac has an issue on the 1st hottest day on 6/20/16. In a panic for sure I turn to all my fb peeps for any referral and many trusting La Mirada peeps said Acosta HVAC so I called and left message. First thing in morning get a return call from Robert, he said could stop by and look at it later in day, so I said awesome. He for sure calls back in afternoon and comes right over, and within like 5 min finds the problem goes to his truck finds part and yep amazing we have cold air again. Lol
