I was charged $350 to replace 2 valves 2 hoses under my bathroom sink. I HAD THE PARTS Then flip a seal on the toilet 🚽 my son had already put together!!!! They OVER CHARGED ME BY $150 according to the average cost! By the next day there was water under my sink! Now with a container to catch the water I EXPECT GOOD WORK FOR HONEST PAY! I GOT NEITHER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We have used Dyser twice in the last 3 months and both times they were here quickly and were able to fix our issues (install new water heater and slow leak under the sink) very timely. They explained the repairs thoughly and showed the old parts to us as well.

I couldn’t make the appointment but my wife was home. They took advantage of the fact she knows nothing about plumbing and charged more than 10x what the job was worth. Replacing a toilet fill valve and 2 screws they told her they had to “rebuild” the tank. They charged us $280 to replace a toilet fill valve. Scumbags. Don’t call them.

Dyser Plumbing charged $286.87 to unclog a shower, unclog a toilet, and locate the septic tank at a nearby single family home. Their auto-signed payment agreement fine print is still full of questionable agreements as shown in the attached image.
To their benefit of the doubt, they verbally followed up, to claim they enforce only part of the agreement.
They offer check, cash, or credit as means of payment. Payments with cash or check have the least amount of friction. Until this fine print is fixed, I recommend new customers ask to see the payment agreement before paying or just use cash or check

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity. I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done. They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time! The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable. It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises. These guys are honest and do what they say they will do. Highly recommended
